awesome journal
I needed a journal to help log/organize my workouts. This journal is great. Easy to use and very straight-forward. Has the perfect categories to help document your workouts. Plus you get a lot of pages. So, this will last a long time. I definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to document and organize their workouts.

IT HAS POCKETS!
Seriously who doesn’t like pockets though? I have looked at other fitness journals on Amazon and found this to be the perfect layout with the best features! And it came with a book mark ruler!!! The cover is just straight flexible plastic, so it wont get scuffed and fall apart. The sheets are a good thickness but are not Sharpie (bleed) proof so either ball point pen or pencil. The only slight annoyance I see really is how the secure band is attached. It raises up significantly so if you are writing you will not be writing on a flat surface per se, but they made it very easy to take off so you don’t mess up the back cover! It really is there perfect size and great space to write in your information. For those planner sticker peeps out there… You have room to put all the motivational stuff you need 😉

The design of quality of the Product is good quality. I like the fact that it has a calendar. Also, the design works for me however they should be more careful when shipping. The wires came bended.

Sometimes paper is better than an App
I really like this Fitness joural. I think they have pretty much thought of everything when they designed it, and they did a great job with the layout as well. With smart phones and digital devices everywhere and easy to use, there are countless apps that can guide you in your fitness journey. HOWEVER, sometimes I think that it can be distracting from just getting done what I need because there are TOO MANY options, bells and whistles! This little journal is a great size with enough room to record all your data but not so big it’s wasted space or clumsy to carry around. Having waterproof covers on the outside allows it to be useful in the gym or stored in your gym bag without concern. It is perfectly set up for 5 months –any 5 months– with the place to put your goals, plans, photos, measurements, and more. The biggest portion of the journal is set up to record each day’s workouts or activities. There is space in the daily portion for notes as well as several pages at the back, so you can personalize it as needed. Also a couple nice pockets in the back. I really like the included bookmark. I’s made of plastic so it won’t wear out, and easily clips to the binding so it won’t fall out; allowing you to quickly get back to the day you are on, and then move it to the next day when done. The only thing that is not with this journal is a dedicated place to put a pen or pencil. However, the spiral binding is the perfect size to store a pen with ease and it stays in pretty good. At under 10 dollars, I think this is a great deal that has the perfect balance of helping me stay on track without distractions or annoying app ads! I find it a great choice for looking back at what I have done as well, with the ease of flipping pages instead of finding your phone, then the app, then what timeframe, etc. Yes, I recommend it without reservation.

As a beginner to working out who also likes to make lists. This is perfect! It helped me take the first step, stay consistent and easily keep track. There is a section to record your weight, body fat, runs, and certain workouts. As well as staying consistent on a meal plan!

Perfect Fitness Journal for Tracking Progress â Thoughtful Design!
I absolutely love this fitness journal! After looking at several options, this one has the best layout and features by far. It’s the perfect sizeânot too big, but with plenty of room to track everything. The waterproof plastic cover is super durable, so I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged in my gym bag, and it even comes with a handy bookmark ruler that clips securely to the pages.What really stands out is how well thought out the design is. There’s space for everythingâgoals, measurements, photos, and daily workout tracking. I love that itâs set up for any 5-month period, making it flexible to start whenever you want. There’s even a spot to track water intake and space for cardio activities, which is great since I do a lot of walking along with strength training. The pockets in the back are a great touch for storing notes or extra motivation.One minor thing is that it doesn’t have a dedicated spot for a pen or pencil, but the spiral binding is perfect for holding one securely. The elastic band to keep it closed is a nice bonus, although it can raise the back cover a bit when writing. But itâs easy to remove, so no big deal!Overall, this journal has everything I need to stay on track without the distractions of fitness apps. Itâs simple, effective, and the quality is great for the price. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their fitness journey!
