Silky smooth
Iâve used numerous products and have even tried other new ones that are more expensive. No matter what I come back to this one. Itâs clean ingredients and actually works. Even in the Florida sun this holds up well and does not clog your pores and make your skin clammy and sweaty. This is the best after shave balm ever.

I normally hate menthol, so I was expecting not to Iike this when I discovered that it had menthol. But the menthol is pretty mild, like a sweet mint scent, so itâs not a problem and is actually kind of nice. I donât know if the caffeine does anything, but the lotion is very thick, goes on smoothly and soothes my shaved neck and head. Pretty good value too. Would buy again.

I’ve been using Pacific Shaving Caffeinated Aftershave for over 6 years now, and it’s great. It leaves a cool, moisturized feeling on my face. I love that it’s not full of questionable and sometimes hard to pronounce ingredients. The “caffeinated” part may be a gimmick, but the product is fantastic. EDIT: Had to remove a star because Amazon jacked up the price over 20% when it had been stable for years.

I Had to Laugh! I’m Back After First Use!!
My first impression before using. I purchased this for two reasons. It’s fully natural, no harmful ingredients, and I like the smell of spearmint. I ignored the fact that some reviewers said that it smelled like toothpaste. After opening it, I let my wife smell it. After all, it’s important that she likes it as well. So, she takes a sniff . . . “smells like toothpaste.” I had to laugh and I told her that’s what others have said. So, do I use it or not? I think I will. I like the smell, and my wife didn’t say one way or the other. I’ll try it and see what comes of it. Now if friends or family come over and say, “you smell like toothpaste,” I’ll stop using it. hahaha
Would I recommend it? If you want to go around smelling like you just brushed your teeth, well, only you can decide.
I’m back after my first use about an hour ago, and I have to tell you that this has to be the best after shave that I have ever used, and I have used many. I can’t tell you how refreshed and cool my face feels. I’m impressed. And, I like the scent. It really is, as the ad says, soothes the skin. This will be my go-to aftershave from now on, even though I smell like I just brushed my teeth. hahaha
For all you wet shavers out there. BUY IT!!

Something worth noting is that the best result is not the first time. I shave twice a week so I’ve used this aftershave only 3 times now. The first time I was slightly underwhelmed. My burning, itching, and redness were slightly diminished after using the aftershave but they weren’t fully gone. However, the dryness was fully gone after the first time so I decided I’d give it another try on the next shave. Luckily the menthol is a nice distraction from the itch the first time. Another review somewhere here mentioned that he felt like the next shave was somehow easier after using the aftershave and I agree!!! My 2nd shave felt smoother and my skin didn’t peel off like it usually does when shaving. Applied the aftershave and this time I felt no burning or itching and even less redness!! My 3rd shave (today) believe it or not was even better! I had 0 redness while shaving; it’s like the prior 2 post-shave aftershaves had made my skin more resilient in that area or something!! And after applying the after shave I’m now sitting feeling my beard area literally 2 degrees cooler than the rest of my face! This thing is magic!
