As good as the TRX version at a better price!
I use the high end TRX version of this resistance kit at CrossFIT but wanted one at home for our home gym. This works great. Quality seems to be just as good as the one at the gym. This was a good bundle as it includes the ceiling anchor which we did install between the beams in the basement. My husband chose to use some wood screws he had and save the included screws for another project but that was his choice. Most of the other versions you had to buy the ceiling anchor separately. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent device for multiple body areas at a great price
This device is nearly identical to the TRX which costs over 3 times as much. I showed it to my PT trainer and he agreed it could be used for all the exercises I have to do. It is well made with strong stiching and strap material. It can be used to exercise multiple body areas by changing positions.That said, the instruction sheet is definitely lacking in demonstrating how to use it. It has a couple basic positions but then shows several highly advanced exercise positions which my PT guy said not to even try. He gave me additional sheets showing more moderate positions which I should use. But really, one can figure out how to reach more body areas just by experimenting with different positions and postures.

Old man wanting some resistance training. Happy to pay for quality stuff, but could find no great difference between this and the name brand. Installed the included cleat in garage (everything I could find indicated 7-9 feet high, I went a bit over 7), and set the straps to appropriate length, and am happy with the first month’s use (about 3x a week, 15 min per); unclips and sits on the shelf when not in use

Straps not adjustable
Great price compared to the brand name TRX but once I tried to set it up, it is clear that it is not the same, I canât really adjust the length of the straps. If I want shorter length, I have to take the extension straps off and just used the handles. if you donât mind clipping straps on and off, this is not a bad alternative to TRX. But I am considering returning it. I have to take another look at it to make sure it is userâs error
