Great for Beginners
I am a beginner. Tai Chi was briefly explained but then he got right into it. I liked that… sort of like “on the job training.” I did not get the Tai Chi balls but I’m taking the advice of other reviewers and using soup cans as weights. They seem about right. (For the husbands out there… NOT empty soup cans)… I haven’t gone through the entire DVD yet, but so far, so good. The price was right for what you get.

Good for beginners to advanced
I am an advanced student of Taiji and find this instructor to be clear, easy to follow and informative. The publisher, YMAA, backs up their products with excellent customer support.

Love it. Easy to follow. Made for beginners.
Mr. Ross is a very good teacher. I found his instructions easy to follow not only verbally, but his movements as well. He understands that he is teaching beginners and his teaching method reflects that. There is a hint, at the end of the video, that he might be making more Tai Chi ball videos since there is so much more to learn. I hope that is true because I will more than likely purchase them.

Great T’ai Chi disk!
This is now one of my favorite T’ai Chi disks. The moves are simple and easy to follow, and the routine gives you a good workout. The other people in my little T’a Chi group also like it a lot. It’s fun. Not too much concentration required! D-D Ross is an excellent teacher!

Not a bad choice
He does a good job delivering the content …just wish it was a little slower done.

Simple Exercise
He is a great instructor. Easy to follow. He takes you through a simple Tai Chi moves exercise, then moves on to two small balls and finally through a one bigger ball Tai Chi move exercise.

Vey good video instruction, builds up the exercises very well, shame he is not local to me.I would be around every week.Your body knows about the exercise afterwards though so do what you can and slowly build upon it.Would very much recommend all his dvdâs , good instructor.

I practice Qi,-+ Martial arts age soon to be 77, & after I tried all sorts…..& Eastern self-health cares(?) should be known. Western medicine, physicians are not good enough. * Tai chi practice is good if do right, which is not mostly, & Taichi ball is effective having weight ….., well try it than ???…/ Pic- no one use a ball but I DO, when I do my own & specially you don’t have to be a Martial art practitioner. I use 2-2Lb one.

Have watched this DVD with all its different routines as a sort of âwhatâs to come exerciseâ, and have to say they all look pretty good. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow as he goes through each step thoroughly and clearly and explains why this way and itâs benefits which is nice. All i need now is someone to come round my house on a daily basis n give me a kick up the arse, especially as from watching other Qigong attempts at a DVD this one will be beneficial. Thank you
