I got this for working out along with the elastic bands. The instructions are few but not important. The grips easily move around the board to do push up for various muscle groups. I like it a lot. Only slight problem is in less than a month of use, two to the clips on the calibers for the resistance bands have broken. They are easily replaced at any hardware store but it’s annoying that they failed so soon.
