I highly recommend this book for anyone who is finding it difficult to get in shape because they donât know how to start. This book gives you the exercises for better balance, stability and mobility while also giving you the tools to put them into practice. I found the information on habits most helpful. I find it easy to start a habit but not continue with it for long. I was able to do most of the exercises from my wheelchair and some even in bed. I intend to use them for strength training, as I have recently gained a healthy amountâs of weight due to eating better, which this book also discusses. Remember to follow the author.
