Nice effective shaver at a reasonable price
I was impressed with this razor how nicely it ran how well it cut and the seeming quality for the price. I was just a little surprised that I had to recharge it as soon as I did. The charge lasted probably a couple of weeks but I was just surprised that I had to recharge it that soon. But it definitely stay charged long enough and I’m happy with it just a little surprised

    A possibly interesting story
I have used the Norelco electric shaving system from, I cannot remember how long, but when they first became available. I am 85 yo.This new 2000 series is excellent. My older unit suddenly became intermittent, it would run for a moment then not at all. My cleaning method was to open the head, tap it against the side of the sink, knocking out much of the hair debris, then run tap water through the open head, dry off the body, not the head, let it dry on a shelf.Being a bit knowledgeable with electronics and having lots of proper tools, I disassembled the unit and discovered an absolutely incredible engineered device. The use of materials, the physical design and all else that has gone into this machine is astounding. Excellent can’t describe what I found. The fault in this older unit I had been tapping against the sink, was that the tapping shakes the motor slightly, 12 yrs of doing this fatigued a solder joint on one of the motor poles, broken. The fix was to carefully use a pointed iron for reattaching the wire. It performs properly again. In the meantime, I ordered through Amazon, a new 2000 series Norelco unit. Wow, again, I am impressed by the quality and function, great design, a most outstanding shaving machine!

Works very well. The battery is meh, but the shaver does the job.
Shaving is always a challenge for me, and while it will be a few more weeks before I’m sure I think I’ve found a shaver that works for me.I’m a 60 year old male, with skin that is uber sensitive to shaving. I’ve struggled with it my whole life (well the post puberty part!). I’ve tried cartridge razors (from 1 to 6 blades) safety razors, one blade electric razors, foil shavers and rotary shavers like this one. All eventually leave me with razor bumps. I’ve tried growing a beard too, but I end up breaking out from that too. It isn’t visible, but it is still painful. On to this shaver.I think I’m having better luck because they have moved away from their ‘lift and cut’ system. This shaver doesn’t shave as closely as others I’ve used, but I can live with that if I don’t get bumps. It is very quiet, light and easy to hold. I have to use a VERY light touch to avoid bumps, but if I do I have good success. I shave slowly, but even so it is quite a bit quicker than a wet shave. The shaver struggles a bit with the beard on my chin, it takes a couple of passes (again with a very light touch). A more expensive model with a stronger motor would probably be a bit more efficient, and if this continues to work well I might consider an upgrade in the future, but this one gets the job done.I have the best results using Lectric Shave first (and washing it off after). Occasionally there will be a hair the shaver won’t pick up and I’ll use attached trimmer to get that.I am glad the shaver will work plugged in. This was a feature that was one reason I selected this model. My experience with electric shavers is despite whatever ‘warning’ system they have they tend to poop out without warning. This one was no exception. The ‘warning’ light didn’t come on until AFTER the shaver stopped. On the plus side I didn’t notice any decline in performance until a few seconds before it died. Because it will work plugged in I was able to finish the shave with no difficulty.I shave my face, neck (front and back) and the top part of my head every day. I don’t quite get 4 shaves from a full charge (though again I shave very slowly takes me about 10 minutes each time). But 3 full shaves is fine by me.If you want a BBS shave, this isn’t the device for you, but if you are satisfied with a clean shaven look (no visible stubble at hand shake distance but they’ll feel it if you kiss) and are troubled by bumps, give this a shot. Just remember not to press it harder against the skin to get it to shave closer (it will, but then you’ll get bumps.)

    Smooth Shave
Smooth shave, and the pop-up trimmer is a nice bonus for keeping sideburns and edges neat. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, making it super convenient for travel. Lightweight, easy to use, and well worth the price.

    Best Budget Electric Shaver
This electric shaver comes with a USB cable (type A) instead of a power adapter, so you don’t have to worry about the outlet voltage and type. It works very well like any typical electric shaver. It can be cleaned easily by just washing with water under the sink. It takes me 15 minutes to shave my whole face and it misses some tricky (curvy) areas and a regular razor is needed to get the job done. Not perfect, but it’s worth the price and its handy to have around. It’s almost good like the more expensive Philips Norelco models.

Easy to use, easy to clean
This is my first electric razor and it works well. It doesn’t cut the whisker as closely as a razor blade but is sufficient for me. The charge lasts for weeks when used every other day. I’ve yet to notice a drop in the performance. I charged it before a two week trip and it never failed.I use it as a dry shaver whenever it is convenient for me; I don’t have to use it in conjunction with showering or time at a sink.I wish I’d tried this literally decades earlier.

    Great shave, I’m impressed!
I got this to replace an older Norelco shaver that’s over 20 years old. The power button on the older shaver no longer works.I decided on this 2400 series based on reading some online reviews. It feels plasticky and inexpensive compared to the older shaver I have, but that one cost over $200.This one shaves better. It took my skin about a week to adapt to it, but I’m impressed!Time will tell as to the durability. For the price, as long as it lasts at least 5 years I’ll be happy.

You get what you pay for!
This base Norelco shaver is very basic and shaves like it. It is weak and not easy to shave. Nice feature is the USB charging. But I will be replacing it with better quality. Is is not worth living life with a mediocre shaver.

Ampliamente recomendada.
