I am using this with the Foundations vitamin for hair.
The scent when I first opened it reminded me of cough syrup kind of minty with alcohol scent.A couple of the main ingredients include ada-40 that works as a antimicrobial with astringent properties, Aspalathus Linearis contains minerals such as zinc, calcium, copper and potassium which are essential for hair growth.I have very high hopes for this oil that I am applying to my temples and top part area , this says to apply 15 drops but I donât need near that amount for only those areas.I can feel it a bit on my hair but it is not visibly noticeable.Simple to use , ingredients that are said to be great for hair regeneration and this bottle should last for a good long time.

The first thing I have to say is to be careful when applying this. It is very liquid – I was expecting something a bit thicker. When I applied the drops they ran down my face and I fortunately wiped them before they got into my eye, which I donât think would have been pleasant, given the serum contains menthol.So on my 2nd attempt, I made sure to tilt my head so they would stay in place until I could massage it in. It was a bit difficult to get the dropper back into the bottle and not knock it over while keeping my head tilted, but I guess it will get better with practice.It is too early to say whether this is effective at growing hair yet, but some of the ingredients listed are known to have benefits of preventing hair loss from articles Iâve read. So if it doesnât grow new hair, it will hopefully slow the thinning. There is menthol in the serum, so it left my scalp a bit tingly for a bit after application, but nothing unpleasant.I just wish the serum was a bit thicker, as itâs not something you can put on your fingertips and rub in, as it just runs off. This will make application to some areas of the scalp more difficult.

Tingling sensation
I have been using this product for about 2 weeks. I will say it does feel stimulating when applied.The product info says it should start working within a month and visibly improves the appearance of hair strength and thickness within as little as three months. I will give a more complete review at that time.Update:The first picture was taken at the start of using this product on February 6th.The second picture was taken on May 12th after 3 months of using the product twice a day.I can’t say I see any difference.

Might leave you high and (literally) dry
Note: Bottle came without a box but was wrapped pretty well in bubble wrap. It does include a plastic safety seal on the outside.My husband has a thinning patch on op of his head and tried the minoxidil liquid and didn’t like it. I saw this and thought, well, it is not minoxidil (which is proven effective) but looks like a well-rounded serum for the scalp containing stimucap which can be an alternative to minoxidil. I thought it included glycerin which can be moisturizing but as you see below, sadly that was misrepresented. Shame since this contains a base of alcohol (SDA-40) which will probably dry out his scalp over long-term use and the glycerin might have mitigated that. He does take some vitamins targeting DHT and hair growth but after 2 years, it just isn’t enough by itself. This product includes a topical DHT blocker (Saw Palmetto) plus some hair growth stimulants that appears promising. This page does not disclose the % of stimucap so I can’t say if it is an effective level but I did find a comparable serum elsewhere with almost the exact ingredients and stimucap is listed as #6 on both. That product says 3% so just guessing this is the same.What I have issues with is1) there was no description or information pertaining to what this product does or the benefits of the ingredients. It’s basically a blank page which does not bode well for customers trying to decide between items. Personally, if a paying customer, I would bypass this purely because there is no information or semblance of seller putting any effort into the product and2) when the product pages do not list the correct ingredients. What is shown in the item photos is NOT what is on the bottle. I find it super annoying when there are discrepancies, or worse, no listing of ingredients at all so you have no idea what you are buying. This product does not contain glycerin, sodium aqua metabisulfite, wood extract, glycine, zinc chloride or camellia sinensis leaf extract (green tea) and it adds trifolium pratense flower (clover). See my screenshot of their product ingredient list and those red underlined are not on the product label. So, 2 stars because the page not only leaves the customer guessing at the product’s purpose but didn’t take time to properly present the item ingredients. About 2 years ago my hair majorly started thinning out due to a medication I was on. I’ve since stopped said medication but my hair hasn’t really grown back yet. I got a prescription from a dermatologist that didn’t really do much of anything. A collagen supplement helped but that gets expensive over time. I’ve been using this oil for a little bit now and the thin parts on my scalp are starting to fill back out. I will say that the first few times I used this oil, my scalp was tingling. It wasn’t uncomfortable but it was almost at that point. It doesn’t tingle anymore when I use it though so I guess my scalp got used to it. I’m really impressed with this oil and so glad that I found it.

Has Light Scent of Mint
I use this serum in combination with biotin supplements to help strengthen the hair around my hairline. It has a light menthol smell which isn’t too noticeable. I like that it isn’t oily. The dropper makes it easy to apply to specific areas without worrying about using too much.It’s a little early to say if I have seen any regrowth, I will do an update in a few weeks.

I’ve been using this for a while but still to early to see results. The listing says some people saw results in 3 months but the bottle doesn’t seem to last to 3 months. This bottle seems to be about 2 months worth of product. I dont realt care how this one feels in my hair and on my hands.
