I bought this primarily just to hang from. I havenât used the strap system part of it. I have done chin ups on it. It was very easy to assemble and install. There are no screws. It feels secure. I could remove it easily if needed. My doorways are small, none of them had wide clearance on both sides but it fits well anyway. The doors do not close with it installed, or even shut very far when itâs time to vacuum behind the door. I did buy it on sale for $52 and itâs absolutely worth it. Iâve been hanging for one minute three times a day. I put socks on the handles just to make them last longer.

I got this to replace my old one of over 20 years, this didn’t exist then. It’s significantly more solid than my original door gym. The multi grip is great. I do pullups daily in our outside of training. While I have a home gym with many pullup bars, power racks with pullup bars, it’s nice to have something to just do a couple of pullups or hang from whenever I walk by. At 71, it’ll probably outlast me.

Did not come with resistance bands and carabiners as advertised.
Works as advertised and seems very stable. Assembles for use and disassembles for storage quickly and easily with no tools needed. Had to make a SLIGHT modification (just nail a piece of trim to the top of the trim) to my doorway as the top of my door trim was too tall for it to wrap around and catch, however, this is not the manufacturer’s fault and was very easily remedied. The only issue I have is that it did not come with the resistance bands and carabiners. No big deal as I probably wouldn’t use them much or at all anyway, but had I been planning on using those, I wouldn’t have been very happy. Overall, a pretty good product.

Feels 10/10 stable. *** best feature- It Folds flat super-duper easy to store in back of closet or under a sofa.Bonus-you can hang from lower bar, which is a larger bar for harder grip training. The top one is padded, thinner, and easier to hang on.

Ring broke after two months.
Flimsy product. The ring for attaching the power ropes was poorly welded on the pull-up bar and broke after two months; it caused me to fall hard to the floor.
