All the books by this author use BCE/CE which is confusing for a child who has already learned the original wording. Doesn’t keep my child’s interest as much as I thought it might. The cover is a lot more appealing then the text. But I also like gemstones in general so maybe I’m biased. It’s not terribly captivating even as an adult but I will still keep it for science reference.
