Durable., the pump provided doesnât help to blow this up. Had to use my portable pump. Other than that the ball works great

Avoid-waste of money
Embarrassing…I gave this as a gift and saw it âinflatedâ at her house a couple days ago…it doesnât hold air and is MUCH smaller than expected. I would rerun, but itâs a couple days past the return window. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. Now I have to buy another ball to replace the gift (will obviously purchase a different brand and will probably avoid Amazon so they donât get extra business due to selling an inferior product).

Works as expected for full body workout.
I had a ball previously and I really liked how much we could do with it.The ball comes with a measuring guide that lets you inflate to the max or if you want a softer ball it also shows what the minimum inflation should be.It is on the smaller side for my husband, but he only uses it to stretch his back so it works great for that.I use it to work on my upper body and torso, it definitely works my muscles differently than when I do a traditional push up. I do use to stretch my back sometimes and the height is perfect for my short legs (I am 5’2).Material seems to be stretchy enough to withstand the weight, my husband weighs about 200lb and ball holds him fine.The plug remover really helps, not only with this ball but some smaller exercise balls that I own.I think it is a great ball and a good addition to your exercise equipment.

great until it popped while i was sitting on it
Not sure how long these should last. I got it in January and it popped in May while I was sitting on it. Bought it for working from home & not wanting to sit in a chair all the time, better circulation & helps the core at the same time.
