By way of the lack of my mom, on my grief journey, I’ve at all times tried to pen to paper what I feel in my head and what I really feel in my coronary heart. It’s arduous to seek out the precise phrases to explain this factor they name grief.

On this e-book, I share with you my assortment of quotes and poems that have been written to pause, mirror and acknowledge the disappointment we really feel after we expertise such loss.

For the moments when phrases really feel unimaginable, for the nights when your coronary heart aches for what’s gone, learn these pages and you’ll discover a spot the place your grief is known.

This one is for the hearts that proceed to beat, even after they’ve been damaged.
