On the firm side, very sturdy
Got this for gym lifting recovery and it works well. Definitely on the firmer side though – if youâre super sore this ones gonna hurt. But all things considered, a good product that does the job.

Great for rolling sore muscles
I love this roller! Iâve been lifting a lot more lately and needed a roller for stretching and rolling out sore muscles. The color of this one was actually stylish and the grooves are just right for helping hit those target areas with sore muscles. Itâs also a great size to lay on and do arm stretches after an arm workout and is sturdy enough to hold the weight. Iâve loved this little addition to my home gym.

Firm roller great for lats, chest, quads, hamstrings
I probably have six rollers or so. I like a smooth pretty firm one for my shins, which are constantly an issue. For bigger muscles I like different textures ranging from very firm if smooth, to a bit of give with texture. This one has just a bit of give and find it most beneficial on my chest and lats, and still good for quads and hamstrings although my favorite roller for my quads is just using the end of the barbell while I sit down on the ground.. It reminds me of the rumble roller gator as far as firmness, but I like this one better as its protrusions have a more definitive edge which can hurt the skin a bit, at least on me anyways. This roller lets me get those trigger points, and ease off of them without hurting.

I love the lilac color this foam roller came in, but I’m even more pleased with the results. Helps me to relax tight muscles. Can use anywhere, and it doesn’t have to be for more than a few minutes per body zone to experience results.

I’ve been seen this at my local gym for a while so I wanted to try it after a particular intense full-body workout. I was surprised of how goot it is, its like it targets the areas that need more attention and just with rolling over with your back or legs is enough to get the tiredness and stiffness out of it.
