They don’t seem to hate it.
I can’t tell if this is working, I don’t think anyone can unless we wait for a few months to see any changes or we get a blood count, but I can say is that my kids don’t mind eating this. They seem to like the taste and don’t complain. Isn’t that what parents want?

Focus on the near 100% DV these supplements provide over others!
This arenât as fun as gummies but they donât taste awful. My kiddo likes them and MOST importantly they provide nearly 100% DV across the broad where other organic or kid brands offer 16% or at most 50%. Company is family owned and doesnât appear to add harmful ingredients. Great value when you consider what youâre getting.

My kindergartener loves these!
My picky eater finally started taking a Flinstone vitamin with Iron a few months ago, after talking with my dr I went looking for a better quality chewable vitamin that was not a gummy. Quality of ingredients matter in vitamins! Iâm so pleased with Renzos, he loves the taste and is happy to take 2 every morning with his breakfast! I will be ordering these from here on out!

Do Not WASTE Your $$
I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. Heâs above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies.Although heâs always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that heâs OK with as long as itâs the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). Iâve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment).I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. Thatâs all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters! So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasnât overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh noâ¦he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates.Iâm none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually Iâd try one myself to decide if itâs really that gross but even I canât get paste the smell (I canât even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture. For now, weâll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Natureâs Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. Iâm still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best weâve tried so far.For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and itâs very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure youâre actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs donât bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil.Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! 🙂 <3

Taste not the best, but canât beat the contents
So Iâm doing the slow process of changing my kiddos (both AuADHD) to non-gummy vitamins. Because of this they were not huge fans of these. I tried one and it does have a different taste to regular sugar, which is to be expected for something sweetened with monk fruit sugar. But, I just canât find another vitamin with all the same levels of minerals in such a small package that doesnât use dyes or imitation sugars. So I break on of these in half and let my kiddos swallow them with water instead, and they get one sugar free Mary Ruthâs gummy vitamin (which doesnât have half of what these have, honestly).

A Pick Eater – LOVES IT!
Pros: One of my sons is quite picky, but he takes these vitamins without any issues. My other son actually looks forward to taking them daily and even reminds me. I appreciate that they’re not coated in sugar and contain all the essential vitamins necessary for his growth. This alleviates my stress about his eating habits. As we continue to encourage him to try new foods, this vitamin definitely offers some relief.Cons: However, there are a couple of aspects I’m not entirely satisfied with. Firstly, the serving size recommendation is confusing to me; it jumps from 1/2 a vitamin to 2 vitamins. I’ve decided to increase the dose gradually, by 1/2 a vitamin each year until reaching the 2-vitamin mark. My older son, now 3, has been taking these since he was 1 year old. Secondly, the price is a bit steep, especially with two kids taking them now. Despite this, I’m willing to continue purchasing them because they provide the necessary nutrients, and that’s what matters most in the end.

Picky Toddler Loved These!
I have been giving my son different iron supplements and he would give me a hard time when having him take his iron supplement. So, when I stumbled upon this I decided to give it a try. He loves the taste and is eager to take his supplement! 🙂 Great multivitamin!

Kids didnât like the taste
I have a 3 and 6 year old both said the multivitamin tasted gross. I read the reviews and the negative ones do they the taste is bad so I knew it was risky. Itâs just frustrating that multivitamins are so expensive so itâs a waste of $26. Fortunately support was very accommodating and flexible.I wouldnât recommend, the tablet is pretty big and I canât imagine any 6 year old would want to take 2 tablets and wait for it to dissolve in their mouth.

My daughter loves the taste of these, sheâs a very picky eater so this gives me the assurance that sheâs getting her nutritional needs met. I will buy again
