Update – great customer support
The bat and balls worked pretty well for our grandson, but the fold out stand had mis-installed rivets that fell apart on the very first use. Oddly, the rivets were installed in a way that deformed the plastic so that it seemed to work. No doubt this will be a short lived toy but he’ll enjoy it as long as it lasts.Surprisingly, the extending bat worked much better than I expected and the balls worked out well even when wet from being in the pool.UPDATE: The company reached out to us and offered a full refund even though it was after the 30 days. Added a couple of extra stars for the great customer service. Would buy from this company again.

Did not come with all parts
I bought this for my 4year old nephew, he was so excited! Upon opening, it was missing the rod to extend the t-ball. We read the instructions, also watched the videos of assembly, and the rod was not there. Itâs a shame, most of this product was unusableAddendum: they quickly sent a new one and it is wonderful. Great idea but manufacturing and design flaw
Thew versatility of this is amazing – T ball, swing arm and pop up. The problem is the swing arm is made with the cross and the receiver a minus sign so they will not go together. I like the product well enough that I bought a cheap router for $20 on Amazon and cut a cross. I also ground down the sides of the white part on the post so the swing arm cap would fit over it. Other choice might be to cut off the white minus sign that is glued on the post.Also had to heat the red T ball holder in hot water to stretch it as it is the same size as the pole and wouldn’t fit over without stretching it. Don’t really need the red T ball holder, the ball sits fine on the post without it.

I purchased this for my 5 yr old in hopes it will help with eye hand coordination and let me start by saying baseball are plastic with a felt covering ,, and the pop up mechanism stoped working after handful of times being used ,, ladies and gentlemen not worth the money ..

When I opened the box and started going through the pieces I started to think this product had been returned and resold. One of the balls has a dirt stain on it, and the plastic bag that holds the stand was not sealed. There was a sticky strip on the open edge of the bag that which leads me to believe it was supposed to come in a closed package. If I had paid a âusedâ price this may not have bothered me as much but when buying something new you should get what you pay for. That being said all the pieces were there and seems to function as advertised.The balls that come with it are a hard plastic wrapped in a felt like material so they will stick to the Velcro ball holder, and they do stick to the Velcro which was a nice surprise.Assembling the stand was very easy using the enclosed instructions and it is very adjustable to work for children of different heights.I donât feel that itâs worth what it is being sold for, but I like that it has options to allow for your childâs development and improvement at batting.*After seeing my review I was contacted and offered to have my product replaced for free or to get a full refund for my purchase given my issues with what I received. I did accept the refund because I felt what I received wasnât up to standard. I think itâs great that they were willing to make it right and offer consumers a solution that works for them.

Overall the kit feels a little cheap, and unfortunately the automatic pop up has already jammed. My son still loves the balls and bat, however, the broken unit is a huge let down. Will be chasing a refund.
