I could really tell a difference with this product. The suggested dose is two. What I noticed the most and even my Dentist noticed is that the plaque that we all have in our mouths has basically disappeared. Probiotics are good bacteria it seems they keep mouth plaque at bay in between those dentist office visits. So I literally can tell that this product works for both the gut and my mouth with consistent daily oral hygiene. I was pleasantly surprised and my dentist was pleased. I have to say quite effective.
