Good Health Product
Was recommended this for my parents, so I bought them this to try. My parents been taking them for almost a month now, and they said they definitely see some improvement in their health. Pills are easy to take, no smell and not hard to swallow. Reduced their joint pains and helps lower their cholesterol level a little bit since their last doctor visit. Hope this product remains the same always and will improve more health for my parents.

But⦠as a consumer please note the following:
These pills are huge and basically cause me to choke whenever I have them. Iâm stuck in a position of cutting them open in order to consume them.
If you have any difficulty with eating large unbroken food items, please reconsider another product with a smaller dose with multiple capsules. I tell everybody choking isnât fun and I mean it, I have too much experience in that field unfortunately.

Big pill – but with nice health benefits
For me personally, I didnât have any major health problems I was trying to solve before taking this supplement. Iâm relatively young for heart problems, so of course I wouldnât see a huge improvement in my heart health if I wasnât having issues to begin with. My major reason for taking these was to get more fatty acids in my diet and taking pills with exactly what I need is the way I do it.
Another thing I am keeping in mind is that I RARELY feel the difference in my body when I take supplements, which I discovered was due to my poor absorption. So to be clear, this fish oil may be very effective itself, itâs just that my own system has trouble taking in nutrients. Iâm working on that with a doctor and Iâm feeling better in general, so Iâm sure the newer supplements Iâm taking are helping me now! My doctor wanted me to keep taking fish oil, so it must be important to balance out my diet. I only take one per day, as my doctor prescribed. I have been taking this fish oil for about a year.
As advertised, I really donât get a fishy aftertaste. If you feel like taking a big whiff of the bottle, yeah youâll smell it, but I donât taste that in my mouth. I donât notice a lemon flavor like it says – itâs pretty much tasteless. The pill itself is pretty large, which is harder for me since I have trouble swallowing pills in general. But if I take it only once a day, itâs worth it. I also donât burp from this!! Which is insane because I burp up way too many things I consume.
I gave it 5 stars because I do really need this in my diet and it seems to be doing the trick. All of my issues of absorbing it, or swallowing it, are just me personally so I didnât want to take a star off for that. Plus my health was not in a dire state before, so there wouldnât be a significant difference for me. I feel my health improved in general.

Well if I may…. I have a few things to say… which may end up amounting to absolutely nothing. So, the pills are large, pretty much the same size as all other fish oil pills. I’ve never had to take 3 fish oil pills at a time before and I’ve taken many different brands. But I suppose you can only get so much of an ingredient into one pill. For one serving it has more MGs than MOST brands, BUT it’s 3 pills, so take that how you will and take these with water 🙂 Anyway, I’ve taken almost a whole bottle and haven’t had any fishy burp or aftertaste or anything like that. Which some brands do, which is weird, Having to keep breath spray on you to make sure your breath doesn’t smell like fish from that ridiculous burp you did. You can not date a girl confidently while taking those, you never know when a burp will come. Like I promise thats not my breath baby. But anyway, like I said, these do not have that effect on your body. It doesn’t seem to have any side effects. Which no fish oil should, if it does, you may need to jump shot them into the trash can. Fish oil has many benefits…heart, skin, joints, etc. Google will tell you if you ask it nicely. Pretty extensive in it’s arsenal of abilities to help you. Overall, pretty good product.

the first concern about the others omega 3 is that you repeat the bad flavor in your mouth, with this product dont happen that. And you have good results in your cholesterol

The product is good and the ratio of EPA and DHA is also good. The only slight negative are the fish-burps I got the first two days of taking the supplement, but for some reason I do not get them anymore, so all good.

After three weeks of taking MAV Nutrition Omega 3 Fish capsules I noticed some improvements. The swelling in my knee joint improved and I started to walk normally with less of a limp and I can go for jogs pain free. Already on to my next bottle.
