As far as straighteners go this is the best Iâve ever owned.The smooth glide of iron going down my hair is a wonderful change from the cheap one I had. The buildup of products on old straightener had led to my hair snagging on it and ultimately breaking hair off.This appliance is worth every penny.The temperature is easy to change, a rotation of the end, and it can go as little as 200 to as high as 490And it gets HOT FASTIâve never traveled with it yet so I didnât give it stars for that.But I imagine itâs easy. Comes with a fancy velvet bag to fit straightener in.

Works great, but a little heavy
This works really great, is very smooth as it moves along the hair and has decent temp control. It is a little bulky compared to my past flat irons due to the temp control dial being on the end of the flat iron, this also makes it a little heavy for me to give it 5 stars. It flattens well and curls well. It was a good purchase though, and good quality for the price!

I had my previous hair straighten for many years. Thought it was finally time for an upgrade and to be able to use different temps. Boy am I glad I upgraded. It is really well made and easy to use. A little larger than my old one but gives me extra space for more hair which is always a plus. My favorite feature is the cord. Instead of having a tangled mess this one features the cord that swivels 360 degrees and doesn’t tangle. I know that may not bother some people but I can’t stand twisted up cords. Also comes with some interesting clips I haven’t figured out yet but I am sure it is in the directions. I haven’t gotten to read them all yet as the main thing I do is just straighten my hair. It also comes with a carry bag for travel which I actually use and its big enough for the cord to fit in as well. I also like having the temp indicator, my old one didn’t have this and you were basically just guessing. Could lead to burning hair.

Defective unfortunately
This product looks great and I was so excited to get it but there is a chip on each plate you can see and feel with your finger. I just donât want to take a chance that itâll get bigger with use so have to send it back. Bummer, because I looked for hours and chose this due to dual voltage. Iâll return and reorder hoping to get a new one with no defect on the heat plates. Packaged great and love the switch that opens the plates and keeps them closed.

The straightener heats up fast and allows you to pick a setting based on the thickness of your hair. The rounded edges make it easy and smooth to use for curling as well, which the width size gives perfect curls for all hair lengths. It’s comfortable in my hand when using, and the clamps to lock it close is nice for traveling. Also came with travel bag and gloves, which is a HUGE added bonus I was pleasantly surprised to receive. Great product and price is very affordable. Highly recommend.

This flat iron is awesome for thick hair!I did have one issue just this week where the flat iron up and died on me. No clue what happened. I reached out to their customer service and after helping me with some troubleshooting, they are sending me a replacement and delivery was fast! Very quick to reply to my emails and addressing my questions.Despite the “sudden death”, I would not hesitate to order items from these folks again! Equally happy with the item and the service and I do recommend them!
