When I saw that this book was a number one international bestseller, I knew that I had to readit. The author did a great job explaining what the keto diet was and I could tell that he knewwhat he was talking about. I thought it was great that he explained the different aspects of ketoin detail.

The book basically explains the keto diet. It does not say what makes it 2.0 no macro changes nothing very misleading..

There’s nothing wrong with this book, and it’s fairly well written. What it isn’t is any different from any other Keto book out there. So far, it’s been an “if you’ve read one, you’ve read them all” situation.

Not quite what I expected. Didn’t really find a difference with any other KETO book. Most of the book was information about Keto which I already knew, with very little recipes.

This book is very informative but I donât understand why it is 2.0. It seems to be the same as 1.0. The recipes in the back are like many others in that it does not give you serving sizes. I have found this to be a problem with most cookbooks. Give me a serving size, trying to divide something up by 8 is not feasible most of the time. The recipes in this book donât even give you a serves _ number.
