Giving it time…
I had no adverse issues when taking these supplements, which surprised me because they do have a tiny bit of cayenne and black pepper extract in them and I don’t always react well to that. But I took care to do as they suggest and took them with a meal and lots of water. They do have multi-ingredients, some that I know relate to hair loss and strengthening, others that I need to research more. For example, I didn’t know that Lysine was a hair help. I’m glad I looked that up, you learn something new every day.4 instead of 5 stars because they don’t appear to have enough biotin among the mix when compared to other supplements for hair, plus there is no claim to 3rd party testing, nor GMP compliance nor certification on the bottle. I am trusting this brand b/c it’s made in the USA and they do honestly disclose that they use foreign and U.S. ingredients (which BTW is common). The supplements have an expiration date of Sept. 2026. I’m in for this regimen to get my hair back in shape, but I don’t expect miracles in a short period of time – with the understanding that change over time is key to seeing a difference.

IT CAUSES BURNING IN THE STOMACH
I like the fact that this medication comes as a regular-sized capsule and not a large pill that is difficult to swallow. What I don’t like is the fact that my stomach burns after I take it. I follow the instructions, only taking it on a full stomach after a meal and drinking a half glass or more of water with it. Despite that, my stomach burns to the point of significant discomfort. I will discontinue the medication after a week if the burning doesn’t diminish and I will write an addendum to this review.

Smells and tastes like Similac.
Alright….the pills actually work. It tastes like baby food though. It will take about 2-3 weeks before you notice any type of mild growth. By mild growth, I mean peach fuzz on your scalp. These capsules will not, by any means, have you walking around look like a Super Saiyan 3 Goku. I use them because I have long hair and noticed that it was starting to thin out but these pills in combination with another product I got on Amazon has show some promising results.
