Better than I expected
I started tretinoin for acne a few weeks ago and had to really change up my skincare routine because of it. I thought this would break me out but it doesn’t. It actually soothes my skin really well and leaves it soft. It takes forever to rinse off, it leaves oils behind for sure but not in a bad way. I prefer to use it in the morning on makeup free skin and go for using gel cleansers at night to remove makeup easier.

I have redness on the right side of my face I assume due to irritation of me using strong stuff for my break outz along with peeling. I was skeptical on this since despite the brandâs popularity, Iâve never used any product under it. But oh boy, not even 5 mins after I applied this and I can tell the difference! This product works fine but itâs not as moisturizing as I would like it to be. I have dark skin and dry, oily combination so apart from my nose area the rest of my face gets super dry and this face lotion after a while get absorbed by my skin and I feel slightly dry so I have to go in with some face oils to help. Wish it smelled sweeter too, kinda smells like glue to me.

I purchased this face cream because Burtâs Bees has a great reputation for their non-toxic products. It moisturizes well. The only thing I donât care for is the texture of the cream. When I first tried it, it felt like I was applying school glue. It has a sticky feel. I was expecting it to have a more creamy feeling on my skin. However, after using it for a couple weeks now, Iâve become accustomed to the texture. I will continue using it. A little goes a long way so this jar should last awhile. I have sensitive skin and this cream does not cause any irritation.

La crema limpiadora de Burts Bees es bastante suave y no sólo no me ha secado la piel del rostro, también la noto más suave o tersa, más jugosa sin llegar a ser grasa (y eso que mi piel es grasa). El cambio lo noté como al mes de usarlo. Tiene una consistencia de crema, no hace espuma, por lo que al principio cuesta acostumbrarse, pero nada del otro mundo. Pienso usarla con un cepillito facial para limpiar un poco más mi rostro, aunque solo será para probar.

This is totally non irritating on my skin and leaves it feeling moisturized. I have Rosacea so I have to be very very careful. I know some people say it seems to leave a film and it does, but that film has helped my extremely dry and sensitive skin and the film feeling goes away very quickly. I no longer have any dry flaky patches since using this. It also has calmed my Rosacea flareups right down. It true that it doesn’t remove mascara very well but it works so well for my skin problems, I don’t care. I just use a separate eye makeup remover so that problem is solved!
