Great Product!
I have been ordering this product for several months now and my kids really like it, itâs amazing and it really works, however the most recent order, was so pungent and strong ginger flavor, my kids simply couldnât take it as they said it tasted super spicy. My husband & I tasted it and in deed, it was super strong even for us. It must of been this particular batch Iâm sure, as this is the 1st. time weâve experienced this issue. I wrote customer service and they were truly great, they are in the process of refunding me and also included a discount coupon for future purchase. I give this product 5 stars and itâs customer service as well, despite running into this inconvenience. Thank you!

It taste terrible. And when I first opened the bottle, it had this chunky, slimmy stuff in it. I shook it up for about 10 minutes before it desolved. I’m still taking it every day because the one I usually get is out of stock. I wouldn’t recommend. Gross.

Did the formula change?
I went through two bottles – loved the product. Delicious flavor as well as that “medicinal” tang that all homeopathic remedies have. BUT. . . Bottle #3 was distinctly different – not a thick, fruity liquid like normal, but very watery and clear and VERY TERRIBLE TASTE, almost metallic-tasting. Unfortunately, since I was still finishing bottle #2, I threw the box away and saved #3 to open when I was finished with #2. I was SO disappointed. Did I get a bad bottle?? When #4 comes on my Subscribe & Save, I will save the box to return if I get another bad batch.
