Easy to use
Iâve not yet used this set, however, in my years of experience working out, I can say for certain these cards are easy to use, easy to understand and will easily take you from beginner to near intermediate in your workout regimen. They are a very high quality deck, that could easily go from home to the gym with you every day. Just toss them in the gym bag, or, take them to the beach or park. Theyâre a small, but large enough deck to easily read, with great photo description also. Itâs an affordable option for a full workout!!

The cards seem fine enough, but I don’t like that the product page is inaccurate. It says 4 full-body cards when there are only 2, and 13 routine and stretching cards when there are only 7. They are good quality for the price though. Also the promotional images have a few typos and says there’s 4 full-body cards and 9 routine and stretching cards, which again are only 2 and 7 respectively.

Functional fitness. No app needed. I am eschewing apps. These cards provide some bodyweight exercises, with some pictures and instruction. I got some extra rings so I can group them in smaller packs. These will be a nice change of pace for me.

It’s a gamification of fitness.
so the reason I purchase these is because I wanted to get fit and you know what it works! Sometimes all you need is to pick a card and then there will be a option to do the exercise. I like this because it makes it more fun, but it’s still instructional about how to do it, so I really like it. I would highly recommend this product!

Neat idea
These cards are pretty decent, in my opinion. I don’t like that, in order to store them in the case, you need to remove the little metal piece that keeps them together. I wish the routine cards were able to use different colors to indicate the different parts of the body being worked, to match the rest of the cards. The hole in the cards is small, so it doesn’t 100% work with the ring provided.I DO like the actual cards though, and I love that it included a motivational card as well. I haven’t used the ones you’re supposed to be able to write on, but it’s a nice idea to include something like that.Overall I’m happy with them, there’s just a few little things that could be improved.

Great resource!
These cards are a great resource for anyone who is starting out or anyone who knows what they’re doing but could use a tool to help design workouts. They’re designed for no equipment, so you can literally use only these and get a good sweat in from anywhere. I like the options they provide, and none are overly complicated. The cards themselves are made of a sturdy material that will stand up to use over time without being incredibly bulky.
