    Comes razor sharp. Perfect knife for cleaning up your cuts of meat to give the best presentation.It has decent flexibility in the blade for fileting. Balance is very good and feels well in your hand not too heavy. It is a good heavy knife for the size but it’s not unwieldy.It’s a very beautiful knife. The steel that they chose is good for putting an edge on and good for Edge retention. Value for the money was spot on AUS10 or VG10 blades are the best middle of the road steel you can get.They are upper end for home Chef use.

    I love this knife. The sharpness is phenomenal. This knife is aesthetically pleasing and has a very nice grip. The handle is very comfortable to hold. In addition, it is weighted well and feels good in your hand. It is easy to control with the 7 inch blade.The knife itself is just beautiful to look at. It really is attractive and a great addition to my kitchen. Moreover, the balance is good and the functionality is great. The grip is comfortable and beautiful with real wood and a one piece blade. This knife is a super sharp boning knife of high carbon steel 7 inches long. It is a great value, of good quality and nice to look at. And that’s always a good thing. After receiving it, I immediately bought the paring knife.I use the knife primarily to cut through beef and pork steaks. It glides like butter. I accidentally cut through the gristle and bone with ease. I have yet to use it for veg or actual bone separation. Additionally, the blade is stiff with very minimum flexibility. I like this because I am less likely to cut myself. For me, bendable blades are dangerous. One last thing, I love the non serrated edge of the blade–awesome. I hope I made your decision easier when deciding on your next knife that isn’t going to break the bank and cuts steak with ease. Show the love. Happy cutting.
