I’m always on the hunt for quality supplements and this brand has been one of the trusted ones I’ll use. I may not being fair to these vitamins, but this is why. I have to take 2 of these & with food so they don’t upset my stomach. Where the problem comes in is the smell they stink & the taste is just as bad as the smell. Additionally if you have trouble swallowing do not get these as in my opinion they are like horse pills. Had I known they were really this big, or smelled/tasted this bad I would have looked for gel caps that were significantly smaller. Beware if you have any sensitive smell or taste you will not want to take these.

So Iâve been taking this multivitamin for a bit now and honestly I feel way better. It says to take two a day but Iâm just sticking with one and it seems to do the trick for me. I definitely feel more energized and just overall healthier.
One thing I noticed is my pee is super yellow which I guess means itâs packed with B12 or something. Kinda funny but at least I know itâs doing its job. If youâre looking for a simple way to boost your health without going overboard this oneâs worth a shot. Iâm happy with just one a day!

I only take one of these on occasion. I think it’s a bit overkill, and if you read the ingredients, some of these vitamins are in quantities absurdly higher than their daily requirements.

Yellow powder inside the bottle leaked from the capsule which means the capsules are not sealed tightly. The other is thing is that horrible smell. We cant even place the bottle inside room due to heavy unpleasant smell. While consuming also we have to press our nose to get rid of the smell.
