Very good for the price!
This is my second most favorite multi after Animal Pak, which sets the bar pretty high. This one has almost everything you need (plus a bunch of weird stuff that was in fashion when the formula was first devised). It even has boron and copper, how cool is that?!
There are some notable gaps though… Where’s iodine?! Strontium? Selenium?… Why vitamin C is so low while A is so high?…
