    Yoga happy: rebuilding a relaxed, calm mind with energy and strength in our body
    This is my second book written by Hannah. Reading Hannah’s new book “Yoga Happy” under the sun in a tranquil weekend, it reminded me how I began yoga in my life, and step by step, accumulating little by little to progress to a higher level.
    Hannah is very focused on explaining the Asanas with nurturing and empowering languages. It is very easy to understand to beginners, which is highly recommend to those who are still hesitate to start Yoga. Asana is the first and most important step in learning yoga, and it is the starting point for opening up the spirituality of the body! In addition to explaining the correct asanas, Hannah also explains a lot of yoga theory in plain language. This is a rare yoga practice book in the market. From the basic core concepts, use of assistant equipment, the relationship between various yoga postures and human body, combined with breathing methods and physical exercises, it guides yogis from all levels to have a safe and happy daily practice in yoga. I really love all the pictures in the book. They seem to open the world of blissful yoga to me, and tell me that “Yes this is what Yoga should be. It should be a fun and peaceful journey. Being a yoga show off sends the wrong message to your body already.” From now on, I will be focusing on not only relaxing, but rebuilding and transforming my entire personality from within through Yoga.     Warm, positive read. Recommend!
    This is essentially a one stop, self-help guide in all the best ways. It’s like a cook book to contentment, happiness, positivity, lightness, etc. and I thoroughly enjoyed it and looked forward to picking it up. I started my yoga journey a year ago almost to do the day, after a pretty traumatic relationship ended. Yoga was always something I’d wanted to try, but the courage to start wasn’t there (plus anything I did for myself was selfish or an opportunity for a fight per my ex). Yoga turned into everything I didn’t know I REALLY needed. It has l i t e r a l l y changed my life – my way of thinking, how I view myself/others, what I value, how I react, how I feel… I could go on. And Yoga Happy honestly validated I’ve been along the right path all along. A lot of the tools or practices/habits mentioned in this book (beyond the asanas), I was mindfully doing as part of my healing process and post-healing life. One thing I kept thinking during my read was man, I wish I had this guide at the start of my yoga practice! Or even way before that. Regardless I’m so so happy it is here now. I can’t wait to share this with all of my friends and those who ask me why I love yoga so much – this book nailed it!

    Like talking to a dear friend about yoga
    Yoga Happy might be one of the best yoga books written for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Reading this book is like talking to a dear friend about yoga. Every aspect of yoga, from asana to Yamas, is broken down into an easy to understand explanation and you can hear the passion for the practice in the writing. I have been practicing yoga under Hannah’s direction for years and the book reads like one of her classes; full of self empowerment, understanding, calm, gratitude, and love. This book is a must for any yogi!

    Comprehensive manual on all things yoga and life!
    This book is incredibly well written and so personal. It has the perfect amount of information to be a comprehensive manual on all things yoga and life! It provides so much value to someone starting out and equally as much value to someone like me what has been practicing for two years (most of which with Hannah via her amazing app and live online classes!) and wanting to learn more on how to easily apply all aspects of yoga to daily life.
    This will be a book i will keep with me forever and gift to friends/family as well! Thank you for taking the time to write from your heart Hannah! ❤️

    Meaningful Guide to a Deeper Practice
    I took my time to read Yoga Happy. It’s easy to read with an informal, conversational style that is Hannah’s words. But I didn’t want to just breeze through it. I’ve been her student through her app, Livekick classes and Wanderlust and have heard her speak many of the words written on the pages of Yoga Happy. The book is beautifully illustrated and very well organized, referencing pages past & to follow. You can see the teachings of yoga come together as you progress. This is the first yoga book I’ve bought and I’m so glad I did. If you want to have a deeper understanding of yoga in an approachable way this is the book to get. It’s a book for everyone and one to come back to again and again. It’s brought more meaning to my practice on and off the mat. Thank you for writing and sharing your book with us, Hannah.

    I’ve wanted to try yoga for a long time but never really knew where to start. This book is so beautifully written, it provides information on the practice along with tips and poses to try and made me feel excited to begin my yoga journey. Hannah is clearly passionate about her practice and has a deep knowledge of yoga. I especially enjoy how she teaches about mindfulness and how this can be practiced through yoga.
    A thoroughly enjoyable read, one I would highly recommend. Thank you Hannah.
