Seriously helped me feel better than I have in years

Great for people with mthfr
I have always been a fan of Stephen Cabral products since I read his book. I have a couple autoimmune diseases, and his books help the reader understand the root cause. Often it is because a vitamin deficiency, toxin build up, hormone imbalance, etc. I love that his products are all third party tested, so I know I am actually getting something beneficial and not a placebo. I was super excited to see the products on amazon because this is much more convenient than ordering from the website. I take this product orally every day. There are no extra fillers or unneeded flavoring. Great product! I have mthfr which inhibits my body from processing synthetic folate (folic acid) so this product really helps in giving me energy!!

I have been a huge fan of Stephen Cabral and his line of Equi.life products for years. The quality is top notch. No fillers, pure ingredients, great potency and absorption, etc. This formula of B vitamins be beneficial for ANYONE! He formulates these products and stands behind them. I do notice a difference when I take his products.I am so pleased that they are available on Amazon. However, when you spend over $99 on his website EQUILIFE.com, you get free products. The products change weekly!

Hypothyroidism boost
B-complex vitamins and especially B12 vitamin is essential for hypothyroidism suffers. But beyond that, every B12 vitamin is essential for women to help with cell production, maintain good cholesterol levels, nerve cell health and so forth. How would I know if I am missing essential B vitamins? Some symptoms of tiredness, headaches, brain fog, restlessness and tingling in arms and feet.

To B or not to B
I’ve been taking vitamin B for years and have no plans on stopping. My doctor recommended a supplement and I figures, “it can’t hurt”. And, it doesn’t.This brand is fine and I don’t see any problems at all with it. Easy to swallow and works as well as other brands I’ve used.

These B-complex capsules are easy to take and don’t have a bad taste. I take one each day to benefit my health.

This is a more sophisticated ingredient set than the big store brands. The B-complex supplementation has been in the regimen for years and I like it. I know by the feel when I skip a day.
Don’t Panic –
Not totally sure about this one.
I am a functional medicine doctor and review a lot of supplements. I do personally take a B complex. This one checks some of the boxes including methylated versions of Folate and B12, although there is yet to be any empiric evidence of benefit to doing so. I see it as a bit of insurance since I do have the MTHFR SNP. The dosages are quite high except for folate, and I’m not really sure why. I really do like the idea of having betaine anhydrous in a B supplement as the glycine in TMG may support the clearance of homocystiene, which is one of the main benefits of ensuring adequate B vitamin intake. HOWEVER, I did not notice until this arrived that this is not Betaine anhydrous, but rather Betaine HCL. Not the same thing. Betaine HCL is used to support gastric acid and protein digestion, but is not as well studied and will only be useful if taken with a protein-rich meal. Finally this brand, while it appears to be reputable based on their product page, down not offer GMP or third party testing, which in my book is mandatory. As such, it seems that you can likely find better options out there for the same or less expense if you loked.
