Significant difference
Iâve been taking these for 6 months now. My hair was thinning, breaking off, and just would not grow thanks to extreme stress and an eating disorder. I was originally taking thyroid supplements and 10,000mg biotin. That worked for a bit but eventually stopped working. I somehow stumbled upon this brand of vitamins and noticed it actually ended up being cheaper than the combo of the prior two things I was using. When I started I had pretty noticeable bare spots, and had just trimmed my hair to just under my ear to even out the fact that the top layer was broken and varying short lengths. Within the first two months, my hair was chin length and my nails had grown much quicker than before. 6 months in and my hair is now to my shoulders, itâs all even (no breakage making it uneven), and the parts where the hair had thinned out, have very noticeable baby hairs growing in nicely. My hair is definitely healthier and so are my nails. Iâve been consistently taking 4 per day. One weird thing though is if you take 4 per day, there are enough for 30 days, however for whatever reason all 6 bottles have always had 2 extra (or 2 less, I have no idea which). It evens out when you buy two bottles at a time, but I just found it weird or maybe Iâm just crazyâ¦who knows. But overall, they work great! I plan to keep using them for as long as they are around and still work for me.

Great for thinning hair
These vitamins have made my hair so much stronger. Diet plays an important part too. When I started eating more protein, taking these vitamins reduced my thinning hair to almost 0! Will continue to purchase

This vitamin is working wonders on my nails. Never in my life have I had nails this long and strong. Still waiting to see results with my hair. Iâm on my fourth bottle so hopefully I will begin to see results soon.

Seems to be working
Iâve only been using these vitamins for about 3 weeks but I think I already notice a difference in the amount of hair Iâm losing. Previously, I would lose a lot of hair in the shower. As of today, the amount of hair loss is minimal. Iâm encouraged!Pros: cost is not the cheapest vitamin but itâs not the most expensive either and seems to be working as expected so farCons: 4 pills a day? That seems excessive given I used to take one pill a day and had the same result (Ovation hair vitamins are no longer available which is why I switched); the SMELL-these smell and taste terrible. Fortunately, they digest well

IT REALLY WORKS!
I loved this product and the way it works. I took it for a month. Unfortunately it contains saw palmetto, and I get why, but saw palmetto is something I do not tolerate. It makes me feel like crap. It took me that month to read the label and figure out what and why it was making me sick. I have taken saw palmetto in the past and really reacted to it. So sad!
