Nice design and works well for cost
It came with the pump and I was able to fill it with air quickly. It is reliable. I am about 240lbs and have been working out more. I donât have any issue with it. It is very durable and is helping me work on proprioception, strength and balance. I would recommend it to others especially for the cost and ease of use.

I have now owned this balance trainer for over a year. It continues to perform as expected with no defects or issues. I would buy this again and would still recommend it as it is a great value for the price of similar products.
Over six months in: I have now used this half balance trainer for just over 6 months. I use this approx. 3 to 5 times a week as I stated in my initial review below. I have had no issues with this product and would recommend this to anyone looking for a half balance trainer.
Initial review: I bought this brand after researching multiple half balance trainers. Most of the reviews were good with some really poor ones mixed in for this brand. For half the price of the name brand model, I decided to take a chance. I have owned this now for a month and use it at least 5 days a week. I had no problems airing it up with the pump that was provided. I did not insert the plug completely at first as I did some trial and error with the proper inflation amount for my weight. After getting it to the firmness that I liked, I pushed the plug in tight. As of one month, I have not had any loss of air and the balance trainer has had no problems. I like the rigid texture of the ball and feel comfortable on it while holding weights in my hands and doing exercises with movement to strengthen my core.
So far so good. I will try to follow up at the six month point to give an update.

PLEASE READ. The company for this product does not include the correct pump. It is worthless. Do yourself a favorâ¦. Cut the end off the hose off so you just have the pump and the hose. At this point you can stick the end of the hose into the hole. You will have the balance ball pumped up in 30 seconds.

THERE IS NO EXERCISE SHEET TO SHOW YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS BALL AND THE DIRECTIONS DO NOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH TO INFLATE EITHER BALL. I FEEL WHEN YOU PAY THIS MUCH FOR SOMETHING, IT REALLY SHOULD INCLUDE PROPER INFLATION AND USE OF EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVES!
