Somewhat effective for me
I have pretty severe BPH symptoms such that until I have a procedure to reduce my prostate size and resulting partial blockage, I use an intermittent catheter regularly to fully empty my bladder. I record this post-void residual number to track the progression of the BPH. Comparing my post-void residual volume before starting this supplement to after using the 2-month supply as directed, I see little if any improvement. I have, however, noted an improvement in the ease to urinate when my bladder is full, possibly allowing for less frequent use of the catheter.If I don’t have a Urolift soon, I’ll go off this supplement for a few months and monitor the effect before I considering ordering more.

Quality Ingredients, good price.
I had used a product (ProstaMetto) for many years which helped relieve symptoms of BPH. I tend to buy things up to 18-22 months ahead, and hadn’t ordered PM for quite a while. When I sought to do so, I found that the price — which had been quite reasonable — had tripled. That will never do, so I purchased Prostonic Ultra, and use 1 per day along with three other Prostate Supplements that I have also been using for about a year. During that year, I have seen my PSA level DECREASE for the first time, after many years of slow but steady increase. The doctors don’t get excited about a PSA level until it surpasses 4.0, but I am with Bill Faloon of Life Extension, who when his jumped from 0.4 to 1.4 (years ago) took triple and quadruple doses of various supplements, until he got it back down to 0.4 — saying, as far as he was concerned, a higher PSA level indicates not just an enlarged prostate, but “early stage tumor cells lurking . . .” I have noticed no change in my prostate function since switching from PM to Prostonic Ultra, and the price is about the same as the PM was (before it tripled.
