Best hair vitamins I have used so far
I have literally never noticed a difference when taking hair vitamins. I have thick hair, I just want it to grow faster and have less hair loss. After a while of not using these, I noticed more hair loss. I tried some other stuff for a bit and it didnât work. When I went back to these, it was an instant change. These make me lose so much less hair. What I notice about these that other hair supplements donât have is that they have everything. Keratin, biotin, collagen, even some hormone stuff. I did my research too. The biotin is the maximum daily value and the hormone it blocks is the one that causes hair loss, usually in men, but sometimes in women. There are vitamins too. This actually covers almost every aspect of hair growth and I love that. I highly recommend these. Even for people trying to treat alopecia. It takes 3 capsules every day, so if you donât like that, this may be harder for you to take. But I find it easy to swallow. Doesnât cause an upset stomach for me. I have beautiful and strong nails after using it.

Works amazing but beware of Saw Palmetto and it’s side effects!
I have been looking for different hair/skin/nails vitamins as I’ve been dealing with hair loss from various reasons (primarily stress and sudden weight loss from eating problems, which have since been fixed), and I’ve gone through more brands than I’d care for. I’ve only used these for a month and could see a major difference! My nails are 10x stronger than they were before and my hair does seem to be growing faster and more full. However, I’ve noticed I’ve been developing a lot of uncontrollable acne despite always having clear skin. I’ve never had acne issues unless it’s hormone related, either. In looking through some of the reviews and then reading a few articles online about Saw Palmetto side effects, I have boiled my acne issue down to these vitamins. I’m pretty bummed I have to stop taking them, but I can tell my body is getting angry with itself because my estrogen levels are being altered in some way (its a long story but I have a non-cancerous cycst in my breast that gets inflamed/bigger/more painful the more my estrogen and testosterone levels are affected). Just be aware of the side effects and listen to your body! It’s a great vitamin but I think people with estrogen issues/on birth control should look more into it
*UPDATE* I stopped taking these a few days prior to the original review, about 3ish weeks ago from now (02/09/23), and my acne was mostly gone at about week 1.5- which imo is a pretty fast turn around. So, my theory of these guys affecting my hormones seems to have some truth! At least for me of course lol

I am putting this review under 5 stars for those who mostly check positive reviews. This is a NEGATIVE review. These capsules made me very sick. Very bloated within a half hour after taking. Extreme stomach pains. Felt like I needed to vomit but couldnât. Wish I could have in hopes of getting this out of my system. The product manufacturer will not answer your call. Proceed with extreme caution. I am on no pharmacy prescribed medication! I ate first as instructed and then took the 3 large capsules. Itâs been a day, night, and today and no relief from symptoms.

This product was working amazing for me and my nails are growing fast my hair was growing long quick but I started breaking out with huge pimples on my face and I do not have pimples I break up with a pimple once in a blue moon right before a period but these made me break up with big boil pimples I had to go to the dermatologist and get them froze because they absolutely left me with scars and clogged my pores if it wasnât for that this was amazing but I went off of it I stopped getting pimples and I started a new one but because I just started a different brand itâs only been a month I canât really see the difference but this one was really good itâs kind of sad that it made me break out with really bad pimples .
