If I have any unruly hairs as I style, I add just a bit more; adding a bit more product will not add weight or make your hair look greasy. This whipped taffy goes on very light yet adds volume and controls hair well with a truly matte effect. Fragrance is subjective, but the pleasing sweet, fruity fragrance dissipates over time. Iâm sensitive to fragrance, and this smells great. I have tried most of the highest-rated clays, pastes, and pomades, and I like the Kenra Whipped Taffy best for its easy application, light product-feel, medium hold, and matte effect. Amazingly light and strong!
I have used Kenra products for years and have always loved them! I needed something lighter that would hold the spike in my hair without being greasy. This does the trick! Iâve used it for three days now, and have been extremely happy! The picture I show is 3 days worth of use. I changed from the texturizing taffy to this whipped taffy. You donât need very much, so it lasts a long time. It smells good, but I donât find it overpowering. It washes cleanly from my hands without being sticky. At the end of the day I can run my fingers through my hair and it feels soft, but is still being held. It does not leave a sticky residue in my hair or on my pillow at night. I think I just found my new Kenra product!

Product works great but you have to make sure to work it in well or you will have little mauve globs left in your hair. A little goes a long way. The scent is sweet like candy. Itâs strong but not overpowering. I typically donât like scents but this one didnât have that chemical smellâ¦just sweetness.Took away all my fuzzy ends and gave me a sleeker clean look.
