This is a great therapeutic tool. It’s an easy and safe way for immediate pain relief as a result of tight muscles. It packs easily in a carry on, is easy to use and does exactly what it says it does. Reduces stiffness, muscle pain and soreness. The Tiger Tail quickly reduces tightness and allows freedom of movement. The construction is high quality, allows for easy access of hard to get places. Amazing on my muscles but not on my skin
This has been the most incredible tool for recovery. I have a lot of knots in my quads and this is the only tool (works better than theragun and foam roller) that has really made a huge difference! But unfortunately, it has made me break out. I have sensitive skin like Iâm sure a lot of people do.. whatever coating is on the foam, my skin doesnât like. Just a warning! Please comment if you have ran into this issue and what you did ! Maybe over time, itâll get better. I canât stop using this amazing tool!

My physical therapist used one on my thigh muscle. It made a big difference in releasing that tight ball of pain. I bought the small size. The grip is easy for me to handle, it rolls well no squeaky noise. For me it works in between my PT sessions.

Seems to be helping my leg discomfort. The roller is not rock hard but is very firm. The handle grips have soft ridges so they are easy and comfortable to grasp. I got an 18 inch one which is perfect for my arm length. The customer service of the manufacturer was very good. I had a small issue and they quickly resolved it. Iâm happy with this purchase

A Real Lifesaver!!
My sister recommended rhis since she has one and it’s made such a difference in my life. When I’m sitting or laying down for a length of time, my back gets incredibly sore and tight and sometimes I have a hard time lifting my legs. Now, I just grab the tiger tail and use it on my upper thighs/hips several times and I’m ready to get up and get moving. I wish I’d know about this years ago because of how much it’s helped me! I don’t even take any pain medication anymore because this works better and instantaneously!

I was first introduced to the Tiger Tail at the Chicago marathon expo a few years ago. At the time, I was going through physical therapy for my plantar fasciitis and other foot issues. My therapist said my tight calves and hamstrings were contributing to my foot issues and said stretching every day would be essential. At the expo there were a lot of vendors there with different types of massaging tools. The Tiger Tail people caught my attention the most because their massaging roller looked the most well made and didn’t have the rollers that might get caught in your clothes or on your skin. One of their workers demonstrated how to use the roller and tried it on my tight calves. Afterwards I felt so much more loose and I ended up buying the roller there. Since then I’ve used it almost every day to loosen up my muscles. What I like is that you can use this roller anywhere on your body where you feel tense. It works on your back, neck, shoulders, legs, etc. It’s super easy to use, well made and portable. I take this thing with me whenever I travel. I was heartbroken when I left my roller during a recent vacation in Japan, which is why I ended up buying another one on Amazon. The materials are still the same and still works great. I definitely recommend this roller. It doesn’t replace my stretching, but it’s a great complement to it and you’d get your money’s worth.

I bought this to help loosen up my IT Band in combination with gentle stretches while waiting for hip surgery. It worked really well and easily rolled over the muscles. I used it to roll between my shoulder blades as well to relieve some stress and it works well. I am glad I bought it and will use it frequently.
