Best combo!

I’ve been using electric toothbrushes for years, but I’ve always used the one that has the spinning bristles. I’ve been pretty happy with this type and haven’t up until now tried a “sonic” brush like this SOOCAS NEOS II. I think I may be a convert now.
The brush itself is beautifully designed and comes in a great package. The version I ordered came with several sets of replacement brush heads. The controls are very easy to understand and use, and the magnetic mount is fantastic. My old brush stood vertically on a charging base, which meant every morning I found dried toothpaste that had dripped down the brush as it dried from the day before. This SOOCAS brush has a magnetic charging hub that just snaps to the side of the brush, so no more issues with a gross base – love that!
What sets this brush apart from either of the two other major brands of electric toothbrushes is that it combines water flossing with brushing. There’s a small reservoir that you can fill each time you brush. The main program on the brush will brush for 2 minutes (with reminders every 30 seconds to switch to another section of your teeth), and then give you a minute or so of water flossing. I like that the design of the brush head puts it in a perfect position for the water jet to go right between your teeth. I also like the fact the reservoir is small – just enough to do your full mouth, but not so big as to have leftover water in it standing stagnant until your next use.
My only issue is that I’m not used to a sonic brush, and the vibrations while using it are tremendously ticklish. I’m going to have to get used to that. A secondary issue is that the replacement brush heads are not at all inexpensive. Hopefully these will get more affordable over time.
Right now I still have my spinning brush in my master bath for mornings, but I’ve put the SOOCAS in my first floor bathroom to use after meals, since it really excels at getting food out of your teeth. I’m very happy with the system so far – highly recommended.

Feels like walking out of a dentist visit
For me, this electric tooth brush works exactly as described. I am indeed one of those individuals that has purchased multiple water flossers. My large reservoir one was bulky and took up too much space, and my hand held one was just another thing i’d forget that existed. So, using the NEOS is a breath of fresh air offering an all-in-one solution. For the past few that i’ve been using it, it has been great knowing I am tackling brushing and piking at once.
The intuitive timer gives you vibrations as to when you need to change from top to bottom rows, and then another for when it is ready to start water flossing. I feel like I am always in a rush so knowing that this will provide the steps and the appropriate times to brush and floss is super nice for me to slow down and enjoy the activity.
The provided bristles are on the harder side, but I just adjust how hard I am applying them when cleaning. I can certainly feel the number it is doing to my gums, but this is only to get better as my gums become healthier and less sensitive. I was never conditioned well to brush well, but after using this the results are enticing me to want to brush in the morning and night.
The design is sleek. If Apple were to have designed a toothbrush it would be close to this. The size is very manageable in the hand even with the added water flosser, and it is wirelessly charged with the provided charger. Really Cool!
Like most electric toothbrushes, the heads are replaceable and swappable, so while the price seems like a bit of a hit, you could effectively swap out head for each user in the home. My wife is looking forward to trying it out.
The cleaning results to me are akin to going to the dentist for a cleaning. You won’t get that exact fluoride polish field, but it is as close as I think any consumer product will get. I am thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend this over any you may be considering.
Lastly, the packaging. I think you can often tell the quality of a product by this. This toothbrush has easy to open packaging with simple pull tabs, and the cardboard looks to be made of biodegradable materials, which i really like.
