Two tiger tails are better than one.
It is nice to have the typical size massage stick and a smaller version. The soft outer surface is more gentle (thin foam surface) than many other massage sticks. I like this product and I am a PT.

Excellent!
I have bilateral frayed IT bands from overuse. These sticks are a great invention. I hate rolling on the floor over a foam roller and these are easy to use and I can apply as much pressure as I want. I use them before long walks and they have made a big difference. Just wish the handles weren’t toxic orange, but that’s no big deal.

A friend of mine introduced me to Tiger Tail brand years ago on a very long plane ride (15 hours). I thought it was the greatest thing ever at the time, but I never got one. Then over the years, I bought a few knockoff types and was never super happy, so I asked him which one, and as if he’d told me 100 times (maybe he did), he said, “Dude, I told you, Tiger Tail”.I found this two-pack here on Amazon and couldn’t be happier. I keep one in my living room and one by my bed. Nothing like rolling out the muscles at the end of the day. Highly recommend this brand and not a knock off!

Best money spent of self care in decades!
I love that I can use this to roll out those hard to reach spots on my backside. I appreciate that the black part rolls and the handles allow me to increase/decrease pressure as I roll my legs out
