My dachsador (dachshund/lab mix) LOVES the taste of this! I make his food and according to several nutrition calculators, what I make is a little bit low on omega-3 and calcium. So I supplement his food with a half scoop of the stuff. I tested it first by just putting a tiny little bit into the bowl by itself and he was super happy to eat it up. I can tell that heâs taking it on board because his breath started smelling a little fishy. So Iâve reduced the amount heâs getting. Weâve had it 2 months and have barely made a dent in it. This will last us a LONG time. The directions for use by weight are easy to understand too.

10 year old Griffon was having mud butt on and off and for the first time ever snacked instead of inhaling his food. Tried several other brands with good results, but he still didn’t seem to enjoy them. This stuff is like dog crack ! He powers down his food, unless I don’t add it. I started giving 1/2 scoops per meal instead of full once per day. It also has other benefits in addition to the pre and probiotics. The only thing I didn’t like is that it comes in a bag inside the container. A little messy doing the transfer ,but what was spilled got licked up !

Ice been giving this to my Frenchie for a couple of months now and I do see her coat shines a lot more and it was pretty easy to feed her since she appears to like the taste. Not sure about gut health since frenchies are so delicate and they have upset stomach just because theyâre breathing but she appears to be in good shape! I bought this to make sure my Frenchie is getting all her nutrients since I cool for her fresh food and wanted to make sure sheâs getting all she needs.

My dog will jot eat canned dog food of any brand so I bought this to add to his cooked chicken and vegetables I don’t know if it has a smell or what the problem is but if I put it in his food, he won’t eat it.

Amazing for joint health and the dog loves it.
We have an 8yr old yellow lab who has arthritis in one of her legs from a broken bone when she was a puppy. She still wants to run around and play but everytime she did she would limp severely for days to the point she was walking on 3 legs and couldn’t jump up on the couch. Within weeks of starting to mix 1 scoop a day of this into her food she was a completely different dog. She can now chase the frisbee all day and only have a very minor limp at the end of the day and by morning she is walking normal.The dog was also starting to get picky with her dry food. Now that we are mixing this in her food she devours her good again.Can’t recommend this product more especially if your dog has joint problems.

My dog was not cut out for this
One of the first things I did when I rescued my beautiful chocolate lab was to start hunting down a supplement. I wanted something with bone and joint and vitamins and I came upon this one. I thought it would be a great idea to get her started on it early just in case there was any stomach issues. About a week after I started, she started itching and I thought it was allergies which she was already on allergy medicine. So I took her to the vet and we gave her an allergy shot and the itching stopped.We went through the tub in about a month And she seem to be shinier as people told me her coat looked beautiful. She was always pretty active and people had told me since I got her that she does not act like a six-year-old lab. She is very active. So, during the second tub, the itching came back and I thought well itâs probably the allergy shot And gave it about a week and the itching got worse. So we went to the vet to get another allergy shot and he asked about her food and I told him the only thing knew I introduced was the powder which I had told him about last time. He said letâs try to take her off of it and see what happens. That took about two weeks and the itching stopped.Since we stopped now it has been about a month she doesnât itch. You can scratch her and her leg doesnât start going, and like I said, the only thing different is we took the powder out. I know that a lot of people have had good luck with this powder. My experience is different. I understand different dogs will react different to different things. Thatâs why I gave three and not one star. If it makes your dog start itching, maybe think that it might not be allergies itâs just the powder.My dog did love the taste and she did go after her food but she is a good eater anyway so Iâm just gonna say that she liked the taste.
