Used this for my bad knee, it works perfect and it lasts being cold for more than an hour the only bad thing is that if youâre a man like me and you have hair wherever your massaging like my knees then itâs going to pull on your hair when youâre rolling it over either than that it works good.

This I got for myself because I sometimes get a stiff neck or soreness from working out. I like that I can just leave this in the freezer and grab it when I need it. The metal ball is so cold and stays cold for quite some time. I found that when it got a bit warm I can roll the ball and it is freezing again. It was also good for a foot injury I had. I was able to just place on the floor and use the ball and roll it around to get it cold again. So much easier and less of a mess than an ice pack. Might be hard to use in certain spots due to it’s shape. Overall, I really like this Muscle massager and would recommend and gift this item.
