Great mint taste!!
My teeth are the whitest they have ever been!!! I had to build up to 5 minutes of swishing. I could only do maybe 30 seconds at first because it is an oil and takes getting us to. So I other things to take my mind off of it. Get dressed, do my hair. But that is just me!! This is my 4th bottle and I love it!! My breath smells amazing too!!!!

I have. Been using this awhile and my dentist says they have never saw my teeth so clean. No plaque or cavities. Even a tooth that they were going to pull due to infection is healed and still doing find. Recommend this highly.

Still cannot get over the taste
Wow the taste of oil in my mouth is horrible. I have seen some slight results from this but not extreme as this is my first bottle. But hopefully by the bootleg is empty and I can see better red I will definitely reorder ðð

I can whole heartedly say this product WORKS. I thought I was only getting the two bottles of the oil but to my surprise i also got 2 metal tongue scrapers, some floss picks, 2 whitening strips and 2 soft bristle toothbrush’s! The only two ingredients are literally coconut oil and mint so thatâs exactly what it tastes like. I find it easier to swish while Iâm doing something like homework or laundry. I havenât even been using it a full 7 days and my gums have already stopped bleeding when I brush my teeth. They are also way less red and inflamed which is great. I also noticed my breath is overall fresher longer, like when I wake up itâs still lowkey minty. The toothbrush is cool too, the bristles are a bit too soft so I have to brush with my normal one first then follow up with the soft one but Anyways yeah, Iâm definitely a life long customer now:) canât wait to try their new toothpaste!!

Great addition to your dental routine
Who doesn’t want fresh breath and cleaner teeth? This was my 1st time using pulling oil and I really didn’t know what to expect. Do you use it daily? My opinion is no with the exception if you don’t do the dentist. For me twice a week on an empty stomach(what it says in the instructions) for about 2-3 minutes. The instructions say to work your way up to 10 minutes. I use the pulling oil with my WaterPik and my electric toothbrush. The kit comes with the cup with measurements, a toothbrush and a tongue scrapper. So far I like the pulling oil as part of my routine. Obviously it’s not a replacement for a dental visit but a small price to pay to avoid costly deep cleans. Would definitely recommend giving this pulling oil a try.

I bought this because of the positive reviews although I was hesitant if the texture will be as thick as coconut oil! I tried it today and Oh my my ! It is great, as if you are using another mouthwash (almost), it is light and gets foamy while swishing , leaves ur mouth refreshed! I believe I found an amazing product to stick to daily. I started with 10ml for 2 min and will be increasing the timing a minute more, weekly or biweekly !
