Very cool
This is a very nice learning tool for children. I wish I had something like this growing up. It helps children learn to spell and write words very effectively. There are well over 300 words to learn to spell. The words are spoken by a Chinese girl and when it comes to the spelling words you can understand them clearly.There are a few dozen cards that are used for drawing objects. They show you an object like a train, sunflower, owl, car and so forth. When the Chinese girl speaks on these cards and tell you how to draw the object, it is hard to understand what she is saying. You can just look at the card and follow the illustrations at the bottom and still draw the object. I think the parents would have to help with these with younger children. I actually got a kick out of drawing several of the objects myself.All in all its a great aid in teaching children how to spell and write. I also like that it is rechargeable so you don’t have to waste money on batteries.

Great learning toy
This is a great initial learning toy to introduce youngsters to the alphabet and writing letters. Being able to trace the letters is a nice touch. There are plenty of words in this set which is a plus. It seems sturdy and well-made so it should work well for kids on the go. I would recommend this item. I got it as a gift donation for my local foster care group. I hope it helps set the stage for life long learning for the recipient.

Meh
So, the product technically works. My daughter enjoys it. I find that it would’ve been much better/more helpful if they helped sound out the word, instead of just repeating the letters. However, I would’ve overlooked that. The biggest problem is that words are mispronounced, which makes it very difficult for a child learning to read. The word “bow” is one such word. The “o” is pronounced with the short vowel sound. I mean, that’s technically correct, but then they pronounce it with the short vowel sound in the sentence: “She has a ribbon tied in a bow in her hair.” My kids were very confused.Needless to say, it’s obvious this wasn’t created by native English speakers. My daughter still likes it and will probably use it from time to time, but less for learning and more because she likes putting the cards in. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for something to help your children learn to read.

This is a great car ride or airplane trip style tool! Itâs small, it charges with the cord provided ( you must have the usb plug) itâs simple to operate and uses provide dry erase markers. Where it falls a bit short is the writing is smaller for a new beginner but still doable. Overall nice compact educational piece!!

My daughter and I love this toy! its not only fun its also educational! I played with it before I gave it to her when I took this photo. It’s very clear when it says the words. The pen options are great as well. There are so many card options for your kids to learn new or uncommon words. We haven’t had to charge it yet, so it holds its charge pretty nicely as well.

This has helped my struggling first grader with a few works she has not been able to spell. They are reusable and come with everything you need (minus batteries, of course). This would be great for younger kids who are learning to read.
