The quality of the straps, carabiners, and stitching a far better than anticipated at this price point. I have used the system in a variety of work outs and set up with no problems. Understandable some are requesting directions for set up. Not to discredit but it is quite simple for set up. Barrel adjuster does not hold weight
Generally they are a good replacement for expensive TRX equipment. The bands and the carabiner hooks seem to be of good quality. The handles feel a little cheap but are holding up well.But – the “barrel adjuster” does not lock enough to avoid slippage – if I pull on a locked single one with all my weight (180 lbs), it starts to slip. This makes it dangerous and hard to trust that it’ll hold my weight when pulling on it.

I don’t give that many 5 stars across the board but this one is very well made for the price. I’d say comparable in quality to TRX but 30% of the price.
