Great value for the quality
I am a person who strives for Functional Fitness, not a gym rat or body builder. So because of that, I don’t know if all the different positions you can place your hands on are going to work the areas that they say they will, but here is what I DO know from using it:The overall build quality is good and the workmanship is too. No really rough edges or anything.The actual build DESIGN is ok, and is working for me, but I am doing slow and controlled movements. I mention this because I have a small concern that fast or out of control movements MIGHT possibly cause the handles to come out of the pockets, and then you will crash down onto your face. But with care and control I don’t see any issues, but don’t think that this is overbuilt to take abuse.There are plenty of foam grippy stickers for the back to help it not slide around when using it, but I think with controlled motions they aren’t needed. For me, I am using it on carpet, and it has never slid. I would probably put them on if I was using them on a hard floor.I weigh about 212# right now, and find this to be useful for being consistent with placing my hands in the same place I did before. If you are lighter or MUCH lighter, I am sure this will never fail you.All told, I think this is a REALLY GOOD value for what you get, and with care will last a long time. If you plan to do fast and erratic motions with it, or use it for things beyond straight pushups (divebombers?) probably look for something else.

Great workout accessory
I recently started doing a workout series and the instructor used a similar accessory when doing push-ups so I thought I would give this a try. I love that this can be adjusted to work on different muscle sets. You can also separate the two pieces to place it farther apart, or connect them together. It is very sturdy and has worked great with my workouts.

Very poor quality
I was excited when I received it since I train at home and I have different equipment and devices to train and this board seemed very versatile and would help me complete my training, but after using it you can see that its quality is very poor, it is made with a plastic that with the pressure you exert when you are on it it seems that the handles are going to break and this scares me a lot since I could bend my hand when falling, I am not a very heavy woman, only 148 pounds and the handles feel like that, My husband, who is much heavier than me, tried it and it was even worse, it certainly seems like they are going to break, so I preferred not to use it anymore.

Way better than I thought
I ordered this because I need the push-up handles. The. I thought “ugg I don’t need to waste space with this, I can use weights” it came and I tried it and holy crap I can feel a difference. The maping is so nice and it’s comfortable. It’s not a chore to do pushups, I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s fun but I don’t avoid them. The handles are just plastic so I wrapped them with a bit of tape. Also, it assembls/disassembles easily and does not take up much space.
