Itâs not a great blow dryer.
I purchased this hot tools professional hair dryer in August 2023. It is November 2023 and the dryer no longer works. The off/ high/low switch has jammed or melted inside and I cannot turn the hair dryer on. My husband took a look at it and he said he could possibly take the dryer apart but it really isnât worth it to me since the dryer is just not that great of a dryer. It never got hot. The air was very warm, but not hot. Anyway, I purchased a completely different dryer to replace it. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I have had the dryer only four months and it no longer works. I will probably never buy another hot tools item.

I like this blow dryer and have bought several over the last couple of years. But the most recent only lasted a few months. The on/off button broke. Since I love the dryer, I will buy another. Hoping this was just one in a million as far as not lasting.

LOVE MY NEW HAIRDRYER
Mt old dryer had a switch break.I went searching for a new one and discovered this dryer. I chose this model over all others for the following reasons: love that the switches re on the onside rather that the inside of the handle. When on the inside when gripping the handle, it is ease for the switches to accidentally turn off. I also like the easy grip with the finger indentations. The technology is great and when using for the first time, my hair came out shiny and frizz free. LOVE IT!!!!!

stopped working twice
I ordered this dryer about a year ago (2023), and it went out on me in August 2024. It sparked, had a burning smell, and stopped working. The temperature switch for high/hot was glitchy in the days leading up to that. I liked the dryer, so I reordered a new one in August. The high/hot button stopped working again on the new model. Since the return window had closed, I could not return it. I have liked this brand, but after both dryers doing this, I decided to try a different brand. I was going to email the company, but there was not an email address – a number to call or a website to visit, and that was not worth my time in the moment. I cannot recommend this product for these reasons.

I found the hot too hot! Will damage hair. The medium heat is not hot enough. The cool shot button does not work (as many said). Itâs also an insignificant little button for a very important step. Cool shot Button needs to be improved to a turn on/off switch. Only the cheap dryers have a teeny tint button that requires constant pressing. Forget it! Those with arthritis or hand/wrist issues wonât like this. In any event, mine doesnât work. Iâm not impressed enough to want to exchange for another. Looking at other brands.
