Assembly is easy enough if youâre in any way mechanically inclined. Otherwise the instructions will be confusing [instructions donât match parts or steps are missing]The frame is not quite flimsy but itâs not solid either. Expect some movement during pull-upsFor leg raises, the back rest is a little awkward.All in all, I wish I would have bought a wall/ceiling mount bar instead.If you canât make holes in the wall, this oneâs a decent option but at that point consider a door frame mount. Free standing towers should be solid/firm.

Great addition for the home gym
I recently renovated the garage into a place to workout and wanted to learn how to do pull upâs but didnât have anywhere to put a bar in the doorway.This is a great alternative even though it cost more.It took an hour to put together and I put it together on my own.Itâs great for tall and short people and doesnât weigh a ton.
