customer care is great is why iâll up it to 4 stars. If the replacement they send me has no problems iâd give this a solid 5 stars because it does have high power and it only takes me 30 minutes to dry my hair(i have extensions in), its aesthetically pleasing, and it has a long power line. The only downside to my current dryer was that itâll randomly stop here and there and the lint catcher was already cleaned out. Supposedly it was a manufacture issue of the ones that were produced during certain months. Hopefully the replacement has no problems. // It breaks down within 6 months of purchase. Just get a revlon

I have thick, healthy hair. I have my hair cut every 5-6 weeks. After one use with this hair dryer my hair feels like straw! Itâs frizzy and I look like I have split ends!! Itâs going back!
