Amazing paranormal mystery romance!
This is such an amazing book! Jul ie and Tyler are total opposites but complete the other perfectly! This book has it all from creepy boyfriends, mystical insight, fairies, ghosts, protective dogs and new found friends all wrapped around a mystery with a tucking clock! The introduction to all the amazing characters we will see in this book but also in the books to come is awesome! They are so unique that I can’t wait for their books! This book had it all and then some. If this is the first book, I can’t wait to read the rest of the series! So fun!

Fun and heartwarming
I enjoyed every page. A lighthearted mystery romance with interesting characters. It is the first of 6 books in a series, I can’t wait to start the next one. It only took me a day and a half to read. Could not put it down.

Ghosts, Pychic, & a Treasure Hunt
First of all let me state that I bought the first two books at one time–but after I started reading the first book I knew I wanted to read the whole series. So before I even finished the 1st book I bought the 3rd book and then borrowed the 4th book. I wanted to be able to read non-stop–go right into the next book as soon as I finished the one before. And I am glad I did because I read all 4 of these books in 2 days! A record for even me since I usually read a book a day.I love paranormal stories that involve ghosts and psychics and this fit that criteria. The plus was also the mystery of the treasure hunts. There are 4 main female characters in the story and each book is devoted to one of them. The first book was about Julie, the great-granddaughter of the ghost of Julius–and the granddaughter of “Grams”. Grams is the one who left the house to Julie. OBTW, Julie was named after her great-grandfather, Julius–hence why their names are so alike. Julie seemed pretty normal until her best friend took her for a psychic reading by Kat–who is blind. It was during this reading that she first witnessed seeing ghosts. I won’t tell you how because that would spoil some of the story. From then on, the story pretty much took off. The rest of the story was about finding a treasure that her great-grandfather hid in the house before he died & of Julie discovering that her first love, Logan, was not what he seemed to be. All the main female characters share a tight friendship with one another by the end of the story and each one is able to help in some way. Each character have their own special abilities that enable them to help Julie.Even though this story is a lot about the treasure hunt and the hunt comes to a satisfying conclusion, this story still leaves you with a mini-cliffhanger with making you want to find out what happens in the next book. Other than that one con, the rest of the story was all pros for me–no steamy sex scenes, no profanity, no vampires, no werewolves, no aliens, and an interesting story that will pulled me right in. I am glad I bought the series.

Cute, harmless book
One of the main reasons I chose a three star rating for this book are that the main character Julie is like plain white bread compared to every other character. Tyler, Gustavia, Kat, Amethyst, Julian and Estelle are far more interesting characters than Julie. These other characters have unique quirks and personalities while Julie is just blah. A second reason for the rating is there are several sections of the story that need an editor. There are missing words and sentences where one word runs into another. Thirdly there are times when the point of view changes so quickly that it can be confusing if a reader is not paying attention. The plot is not too deep, basically Julie her friends and Tyler looking for a hidden treasure with the help of a couple of ghosts. The villain, Logan, is probably only a level eight baddie on a scale of one being the worst and ten being a cream puff. All in all this is a harmless cozy mystery with a touch of romance and is probably the best suited to those who enjoy cozy mysteries or anyone who wants a quick, easy read.

Fun and fear – the whole package
Julie Hayward is a pragmatic person, only interested in her photography business and getting enough money to repair the old house left to her by her grandmother. When her friend, Gustavia, takes her to visit a psychic as kind of a gag, her world is turned upside down and inside out. Sheâs introduced to the world of the paranormalâbut, in ways sheâd never expected. Sheâs told of a treasure in her future, and a warning that a relationship could spell danger.Rings on Her Fingers by Regina Welling is a paranormal romance with heavy doses of humor and danger, with the required romantic entanglements added to the mix. Welling does a masterful job of keeping the suspense high, and making the presence of ghosts seem plausible. A fun read, even if youâre not normally a fan of romance fiction; my only criticism is that the author does a lot of head hopping, moving from the point of view of one character to another, often without warning. This hybrid omniscient point view helps provide the reader with clues and information, which is necessary to understand the story, but could have been done another way; maybe with better scene breaks when points of view shift.Having put away my point of view pet peeve, I have to say, I still enjoyed the book.

I really enjoyed this book! Not only does Julie have her grandmothers but also her great grandfathers ghosts helping her to find a hidden secret. The only trouble is, they can’t tell her anything other than cryptic clues.Luckily she broke off her engagement when her fiance tried to swindle her out of her family home, using a pre nup, which she had the sense to read. Unfortunately though, he doesn’t take rejection well! Good job Tyler, her handsome new friend, is on hand.A great mystery!!

I enjoyed this book a lot. It was fun and happy and the treasure hunt was interesting. It was a great change from all the stories that seemed only to involve sex and violence and people with more attitude than brains. Loved the main characters and it was paranormal too. Win….Win.
