Works great as part of a hernia treatment regimen!
If you take this and Hawthornia Root daily it is proven for many, including myself, that it will treat and heal an umbilical hernia and possibly more types of hernias. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that licorice root can raise blood pressure if taken more than once daily and/or if taken for more than 2 weeks, sometimes sooner depending on stress levels. The taste isn’t good but not bad for licorice.
