Solved a 12 year problem!!!
I am 72 years old. In 2003, I was diagnosed (thru an open lung biopsy) with pulmonary fibrosis (caused by exposure to formaldehyde gas). I also had pulmonary hypertension (caused by scarring of the pulmonary artery from the formaldehyde). I was suppose to die within 6 years (at most). About 2007, I discovered the Strict Ketogenic Diet (SKD) as a means to minimize the production of C02 in my body (as my lungs cannot easily remove it). While on SKD for 2 years and MSKD (Modified SKD) for 4 years, I had no problem with respiratory acidosis (caused by build-up of C02 in the body). However, I developed a deficiency which was creating its own problems. Therefore, I transitioned from MSKD to low carb (~75 grams per day) until the deficiency was no long noted. Now I had a problem with respiratory acidosis again! I had to make a choice…..deficiency or acidosis….!!! I chose to go back on SKD last April (2018) and attempt once again to deal with the deficiency. This time, it surfaced much faster than before. Finally I found this vitamin-mineral combo for those on SKD. AFter 3 days of taking it, all symptoms of deficiency were gone, digestive pain related to fats (~200 grams per day as fat must be 85%-90% of Total Caloric Intake on SKD) were gone. I could mention more but this is a good indicator of how effective this product can be. I am glad someone thought to put together this combo.

Itâs only been 3 weeks now since taking 2 a day. Whatâs interesting is the amount of vitamin C. 500 grams of it. Thatâs the most out of all the ingredients. Does it work? Well I can only speak for myself. My stool seems to be a little softer, and more focused in the now. Why only 2 pills? 1000 grams of vitamin C and double the rest of the ingredientâs seems to be enough for me. Even though Iâm 285 pounds. Big guy.

Chapped lips are gone!
I started using this product about a week ago and man it’s impressive! I have been on the Atkins induction phase for over a month and I started experiencing unusual hair brittleness and chapped lips. I hate taking vitamins because of the weird aftertaste so I thought I need to try something that would be stronger than what I was using so if I skip a day it won’t be so bad. This product is very is very impressive! I was pretty impressed with how fast the lip peeling and dry skin stopped. It took about maybe 2 or 3 days for me to start noticing a slow change and by the end of the week it stopped I was really impressed. Also it didn’t taste so bad. This really is just one weeks worth of usage but I have noticed a significant change in my health. I’m sleeping a lot better too which is really great. However I’m interested in seeing what happened after a month. I’m still on the induction phase I’m trying to stick with it for about 2 months and hopefully I can check back.

The smell?
The vitamin seem to be OK but man, the smell is terrible. Reminds me of urine. I donât understand why and I donât see anybody else commenting about it. Makes Against me wonder if I got a bad bottle.

Afraid to eat these
Jar was sealed with plastic inside and around lid… however when i opened these ALOT of capsules are broken like cracked in wierd places… the cotton is solid yellow full of powder. Powder all over the inside of the container. Not returnable or refundable.

I love these vitamins! I can’t solid vitamins because my stomach doesn’t break them down, and just plain doesn’t like them. After doing keto for four years, and losing 70 pounds, I realized that I might be depleted in certain nutrients. I feel better after taking these for a couple of months. I am on a fixed income, so take two rather than three a day. I supplement with extra Biotin.
