great basic design without sacrificing quality
I will add photos later. 4x 2.5 disks. 8x 5# disks This allows a number of different combinations up to a 50# barbell or 2x 25-30# dumbells. I haven’t tried the kettle ball yet but I think you could get 25# (5 disks It only takes a few seconds to piece together a full barbell. Transition should be pretty smooth to go between weights or dumbbell/barbell.
To be honest though, I should of bought the 70# or even the 90#. I typically can’t bench more than 50#, my arms are thin. this gives me a nice range to work up to another level. or at least stay toned. This might be good for a teenager who is new to working out. The investment is nominal and if I stop using it I won’t mind the cost and can donate it to charity later. If I step up to the next levels I will be able to have barbells and dumbbells’ together and a fuller set and have a smoother workout. There is no reason to scoff that these are plastic. They are most likely sand or a concrete under a polymer shell. They make it easier to handle and cheaper to make but without sacrificing quality. There is no real reason to have metal or lead for weights that make them more expensive. Thermo plastic is fine. I would not slam or drop these, but you don’t need to soft handle them either.

Budget Weight Set
Great value for what you get. The grip is solid and the amount of weight is perfect for beginners or someone getting back into lifting such as myself. My one issue is that the connecting bars pad is not centered and part of it sticks out showing a rusted bar underneath.

I had to return for a second set because one side of the connecting bar broke while I was in the middle of a lift. This could have resulted in injury but I was lucky it didnt. The second set also has a rusted bar underneath the padding so I have no confidence that the bar will hold.

I really like this Dumbbell set. It has nice feel to the texture.
And although plastic, (or perhaps vinyl), they donât feel cheap.
The set looks good, too. I like the Orange and Black look, compared to the other Red and Black sets available.
I also really like that you can spin the orange locking nuts on by giving them a good hard spin – and they’ll keep going – sometimes all the way on, (depending on how hard you initially spin them), without having to constantly keep turning and cracking them all the way on. (Same with removing them.)
The orange locking nuts have 2 opposing ‘extended nubs’ on them, to aid in cranking them down tight.
There is a foam-padded area on the center bar that would touch or rest on the back of your neck, when using the bar fully extended with both arms.
The two shorter individual threaded bars turn in quite far – all the way into the center bar for added stability.
There are also 2 Kettle Ball Handles, and a dedicated Kettle Ball End Piece, which helps me keep a controlled grip on them, when slowly and carefully using the weights to dip behind my back and shoulders, (among other alternate exercises).
The spacious openings of the Kettle Ball Handles are plenty wide enough, as well, (if two hands are required or preferred), allowing for different positions to hold, grasp, and maneuver them.
For a really good product, itâs very well priced, compared to the other options available.
Iâm happy with the set!
[One Word of Caution: I would caution against dropping them, though, as they are most likely filled with sand, (or something similar), and could therefore crack and split open, if dropped from high enough up.
There is a bit of a slippery feel to them to be aware of.]

Really impressed with how quick this arrived and the quality of the material. When we opened the box I noticed wrist bands which I didn’t realize were included, not about to complain, they add better stabilization and grip. The bar has a foam covering to make it easier on the back of my neck/shoulders. Decidedly worth the money.

I have never written a review as quickly as I have today after receiving these weights.
Normally I like to use whatever product I purchase for a couple of weeks so that I can give an honest educated review.
With this product though, I donât need a couple of weeks to know the quality of this set is awful. And itâs awful for a plethora of reasons. Here are the top 3 problems with this product and reasons you should NOT buy from this seller:
1. The dumbbells can be assembled, however, with every part of this product (aside from the weights themselves) being plastic, no matter how tight you think the nut is screwed in, it loosens within seconds of lifting them and the weights begin to move around thus making it difficult to remain in a steady position. So unless you are fine with continuously retightening the weights in place between each lift, the dumbbells are pretty well useless.
2. The kettle bell rods threading is completely off, so I canât get the rod to twist into BOTH kettle bell handles without it getting completely stuck to the point where I couldnât even twist it off on my own. So the kettle bell is also useless to me.
3. The barbell rod that connects the two dumbbells, also has a threading problem, so it will not twist in tight which means I can just pull it out without twisting it. Once you get to the middle where it should tighten up, it just keeps twisting. You canât use it without the risk of the dumbbell slipping right off mid lift and severely hurting yourself. Again useless.
EDIT* Over and above those 3 things, the weights do not total a weight of 50lbs (which was what I thought I was purchasing). I was so busy paying attention to all the other issues with this set that it took 4 days to realize they donât add up to 50lbs.
The weights add up to 19kg, which equals to 41lbs NOT 50lbs.
I ordered 50lbs, but Iâm getting 41lbs???
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE SELLER!
So all in all I spent $125 on a completely versatile weight set that I cannot use.
The fact that this seller has listed this product for an outrageous price should be criminal, considering what I received today. I truly feel robbed of $125.
I knew this was plastic, however, with paying $125 on them I figured it would be (at the very least) half decent quality- not as bad as this. Very disappointing and very frustrating. Do not waste your time, energy and most of all, your hard earned money on this product.
Trust me when I say BUYER BEWARE.
