I thought this combo would help my B-12 levels along with my hair. Works great for my nails
Good supplement overall, I havenât seen any effects or significant changes in my hair or texture of new hair coming from roots but I definitely do see an improvement in the texture of my nails. My nails are typically bumpy and have some ridges along with being very brittle. Since taking these, my nails have grown out smoother, and I can actually bend my nail without it, breaking like a dry cracker. The only thing I didnât like was some of the synthetic vitamins. But overall a good supplement for biotin.

They have an odour
The odour hit me when opening the bottle. Also under ingredients listed on bottle it says RICE but then it also says gelatin. So not vegan/vegetarian.Plus I am allergic to beef and beef by products.30 capsules: manufacturer says you need to take for 1 to 3 months to see results. I ended up not being able to try them due to the gelatin ingredient. Offered to SO but he didn’t care for the smell.

Directions say 2 capsules daily. They have such a bad aftertaste I canât even take them.Supposed to help grow hairCanât take them.

Have all the right ingredients
This supplement has all the right ingredients you need for proper hair and nail growth. They are also good if you need just a good overall vitamin supplement. I have only taken a couple weeks and do not see any improvements as of now but will update. I have to take these with a full meal or I do experience serious nausea. Hope you find my review helpful.

I use one a day
I take one a day but it says two a day. I donât know if overusing this stuff could cause my body to forgot how to make it on itâs own so I cut down dose. My nails have been brittle so Iâm hoping this helps. No change so far after a couple weeks but itâs a vitamin so better than nothing.
